Ed, the captain was great! He communicated with me several days before the trip, which helped us to be prepared and know that to expect. He provided very clear direction on where to be and what time. When we met, Ed was super friendly and made the family adventure super relaxing and fun. He explained and shared information about the lake, stopped in several sections to provide information and take some great pictures. We got some snacks (we brought them - he had already shared that we could bring our own snacks), and the kids even had a chance to get in the water. I recommend Ed and this company 100%. It was a great experience well worth the money!

Don’t trust them. No excuse for last minute cancellation. —————————————————————————————————————————-
We arrived at the street locations noted on the tour but there was no boat nearby. We called Viator for help who was unable to contact the vendor or provide any directions on location to meet. We called the vendor phone # listed five times, texted and the VM stated box was full. We continued to drive around & asked people but never found the boat. We drove an hour there, paid a fee to enter the area and had to drive an hour back home as we never took the tour boat. Very disappointing and highly do not recommend this vendor.

Captain Ed was amazing! He made our boat tour safe and comfortable! He kept conversation, took pics for us, and played good music on board🥳
Edwin is the Captain you want. He was informative, great conversationalist, and hands down courteous to everyone, including the other boaters. We headed out on a gorgeous day and Edwin made sure to help us capture the picturesque background for the perfect photos.
Learning about the history of the lake. Enjoying the peaceful boat ride. The time was enjoyable and the scenery was awesome. The captain, Edwin, was great.
Boat never showed up, no one answered the phone. Wasted an entire morning waiting for boat or on hold with visitor. Never again.
The tour guide never showed up. They never responded. I hope Viator does not work with this vendor/ company/ person again.
Our captain was a lovely young man and he made the trip feel very safe and accommodating . The boat was clean , New and had a lovely Awning , which allowed us to sit in shade.. My complaint is that there was no water on the boat and the address that was provided was very confusing for a person who is not familiar with the area . I drove around looking for The pick up point for one hour. That address should be removed from the site and the focus is the 10 lane boat ramp.. Although that was mentioned they do give you an address which makes it very confusing because it is not where the 10 lane boat ramp is located. Luckily, we left an hour early, otherwise I probably would’ve missed the time completely. But the tour was beautiful the mountains majestic and the water was stunning
Our guide was very informative and made for a wonderful trip. The boat was clean, in immaculate condition. The speed of the trip was very nice and our guide was able to take us in somewhat close to be able to see the animals. Would recommend this highly and will be back again someday
We ended up having the boat to ourselves. It was just my son and my husband and I. Joe was so friendly and fun, and he had so many interesting points of knowledge in regard to the land and such. It was beautiful to see such a beautiful body of water without any houses built on it like I’m used to seeing. We saw wild donkeys, bulls and saw fish jumping out of the water, too. Such an amazing time.
Our guide, Edwin, was amazing. Our Uber driver got lost, and Edwin and his colleague were kind enough to wait for us. As luck would have it, my husband and I had the boat all to ourselves. It was an amazing afternoon on Lake Pleasant.

Ed was great and the trip is fun and very pretty! You’ll pay to park, but not a big deal. Make sure you are in contact with the tour on where to park and meet. Have them drop you at Dick’s after! 🌞🌵👍🏽
Great experience. Beautiful scenery and incredible guide. Easy to coordinate and meet up. A must do activity.

Joseph was very interesting. He answered all of our questions about the area. The boat was spotless.
Edwin was so cool. He made it so that we were comfortable the entire time. He knows where the best sites are for good photo opps. I will say make sure to have music downloaded on your phone as you will lose reception.
