A long but memorable trip. Incredible!

Firstly, shout out to our tour guide, Nelson. Full of charisma, charm, knowledge and enthusiasm. Picked up at 6, and after visiting various different spots, cooking reindeer hotdogs on campfire with hot chocolate & cookies. The lights still didn’t appear. Then finally at 1AM in the morning when everyone had lost hope (apart from Nelson) & fell asleep. The lights appeared! What an incredible light show it was. Well worth the wait.

Otherworldly experience 🌌💚✨🫶🏻

We came to Tromsø to try and regain some magic back into our lives after our daughter passed away this year which devastated us to the core. The tour with Jan was absolutely spectacular - we felt it was just what we needed. We were told there was just a slightest chance of aurora happening which also marred by cloudy skies - but just sat telling stories by the campfire with a lovely group of people, lovely hot drinks and delicious blueberry cake- topped off with Jan’s excellent knowledge and enthusiasm was soo fulfilling, it blew us away! He told us about how the aurora works, the stars the constellations, Sami culture and some Norwegian folklore and we loved learning about it. The chase was real, we ended up touring all around the snow capped mountain roads and borders of Norway/Sweden and Finland, looking for the clearest skies. It was on the way back when Jan told us quick jump out now… and we were treat to an otherworldly light show (with pictures) which is now stored as a core life memory! Best wishes to Jan for his friendly nature, relentless passion for making sure we had the best experience and his thorough and detailed knowledge of everything. Thank you Jan for the trip of a lifetime.

The tour was totally worth it. We were greeted by Magda and Nico at our meetup location and we could tell things were going to be great. They really went out of their way to find the best location for us to see something that we’ve been wanting to see for years. On top of that, Magda took awesome photos of everyone and helped others capture their own photos with gear they brought. Easy to recommend this excursion but it’s even better with Magda and crew.

Totally worth it !!

We are a family of four (1 toddler and 1 infant) and we had an amazing experience! The cruise boat was well maintained and the crew was very friendly. Although the weather wasn’t great enough, it was mostly rainy and windy, we enjoyed the cruise at most. We highly recommend it to everyone!

I tried a tour with my 9-year-old. Fortunately, the weather was good, and I was able to see many beautiful auroras. It was easy to participate because the large bus with a restroom was warm inside and allowed for breaks at any time. We warmed up by the bonfire, made hot dogs, and had hot chocolate. You took so many beautiful pictures, and I was able to download them for free later. It was a tour that satisfied the whole family.

Positive experience in every aspect.

Our initial booking was cancelled due to storms, but several alternatives we're offered. Communication from the operator was excellent. The boat is clean and comfortable, staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. Clear updates were given along the way at every stage. Lots.of information was given about the whales in the area, their behavioural traits and lives. We were lucky to see several pods of orca and a number of hump back whales. In addition there were interesting seabirds, though sadly we failed to notice a passing sea eagle. Participant safety was prioritised, and potential hazards and alternative plans made clear before sailing so that travellers had the option of sailing at a later date. A speaker system on deck would be helpful in identifying sightings to those outdoors on a different deck, otherwise excellent all round.

Bjarte was the best guide and the sights are beautiful

Bjarte was the best guide ever, he went out of his way to show us as much of the area as possible, including some surprise stops! Bjarte was such a lovely person and I felt honoured to spend the day with him. The tour itself was amazing, the viewpoint and fjords boat tour was beautiful. We also did the Viking tour, the guide on that tour was also very nice and informative. When you get to Flam, try the beer flight at Ægir BrewPub - get a spot inside by the fire. Wonderful day, thank you!

Highlight of our stay in Bergen!

This tour was fantastic! It didn't hurt that we had a glorious, sunny day! We started on the bus and saw some waterfalls before taking a cruise through two different fjords, which ended at Flåm. Flåm itself was just darling, though tiny and we had an hour to explore, which was more than enough time. From there, we hopped back on our bus and headed up to Stegastein viewpoint. Wow! Talk about a highlight! A good thing about going in October was that there were no crowds at the viewpoint or on the road up, which was only wide enough for one car anytime. There are several little spots along the way to pull over and let other cars pass. Our driver and tour guide were both amazing. They were engaging and funny, and our tour guide had lots of interesting facts about Norway to share. Because of our limited time and lack of individual transportation, we felt that this tour was a great way to see all that we did.

Aurora hunters extraordinaire

I can’t express how much fun I had. Barbora, Dimitar, Alex were very efficient, highly coordinated in tracking the northern lights and provided amazing informative and fun facts and stories to share around the campfire. We got really lucky to experience a strong aurora that night and the team had been fantastic in capturing the moment for us. But most of all they were very professional and a joy to share the adventure with. 10 out to 10. Recommend

A 10 on everything

We did the husky experience on Monday, March 30, 2026 and it was amazing. As it was in English we were provided with a colleague who spoke Spanish for the explanation and the guide even if he did not speak Spanish said some words during the course. Very friendly and involved and all very concerned about our safety. The girl who greeted us was very friendly and also after the snow experience served us chocolate, coffee , tea and cakes totally homemade. It was a unique and unmatched experience, the price totally reasonable. At first I felt bad about hiring the tour but when I saw how they have the animals super well taken care of, they are strong dogs and you can tell they are full of love and affection. The minibus that picked us up was new and all the facilities were nice and quality including the Sami hut where we did the last tasting A 10 for the Tromsø team and for the company investing in quality

It was amazing to see the...

It was amazing to see the reindeer herd in their natural environment. It was great to be able to feed them and wander through the herd. We loved the short reindeer ride and appreciated the woollen blanket. The favourite bit for me was the free hot chocolate and biscuits which were available for the duration of the visit. We enjoyed learning about the Sami culture too.
