The whole team were friendly, experienced, organised, communicated well before hand. Our ex-police / military instructor showed us how to stand, hold and delivered instructions & guidance in English very well. Felt safe at all times. We caught a bolt (taxi) directly to site as the square was collection not available on this day, which was easy using Bolt app (Baltic uber). This experience was a first time for all of us and we all enjoyed it, the adrenaline was definitely flowing. Would highly recommend the Sautuve

The tour started promptly at the prescribed time. We saw historical sites and squares, and learned more about the town. It was great to be driven rather than walking. It was a little tricky finding the location when we showed up early since the meeting place seemed like it was primarily for pedestrians.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time on this traditional food tasting experience at Riga Central Market! The market itself is a fascinating place to explore our guide helped us navigate the maze of stalls with ease. We got to taste a wonderful variety of traditional Latvian foods, fresh rye bread and local cheeses to smoked fish, and some delicious sweet treats we'd never tried before. we even got to have a traditional Latvian meal! Full meal with a traditional summer dish (cold beat soup), warm beans in a meat sauce, and even two yummy deserts! Every single bite was flavorful, and it was so much fun trying things we wouldn't have known to order on our own. What really made the experience special was our tour guide. She was incredibly knowledgeable about Latvian food traditions and history, sharing interesting stories and context behind each dish we tried. She was also so friendly and warm and everyone felt included and engaged throughout the tour. We left with full bellies, new favorite snacks, and a much deeper appreciation for Latvian cuisine. Highly recommend this tour for families, food lovers, or anyone visiting Riga who wants an authentic, tasty introduction to the local culture!

The tour is a fantastic way to visit three sites and not have to worry about how to get from one place to the next. The guide/driver Krista provided excellent information so that I could thoroughly enjoy the visits. In addition she was welcoming and a lovely person to be with. It was a long but satisfying day.

Kristina is super friendly and knowledgeable about the old town. She brought us to the major places to see, gave us tips on where to go, and provided snacks in the middle of the walk. It was fun retracting the paths and exploring on our own afterwards. She took good care of us when there were handphone alerts. Recommended as a starter when in Vilnius!

Was picked up by Jans who was very welcoming , chatty about what the next few hours ahead were about. A 40 min drive up to blue hill, met the loud, excited huskies . Though we’d no snow we where able to go on the wheeled run which was just as fun, fast. My sons enjoyed it as did my wife. Afterwards we made our way to a large watch tower overseeing the national park before a return journey back into Riga whist Jans offered us suggestions where to eat, things to see. Def worth an experience , would like to return again when they’ve snow fall.

Our tour guide was great, punctual, friendly and enthusiastic throughout the two hour tour asking your. He was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Riga/Latvia, the architecture all over the city and how it’s changed over time and restorations. We felt we’d had an informed lesson from our guide, an excellent start to discovering Riga, not just a load of wise cracks and highly recommend this tour.

We enjoyed a very interesting day trip with Normand in December 2025. We wanted to see a bit of the country beyond Riga in the short time we had and this was perfect. Normand kindly answered all our many questions about the country and current society. He was flexible and let us prioritize the sites we were most interested in. He made our day very pleasant.
