Not to be missed!
The tour was extremely well done. It was informative and highlighted the many atrocities that happened at the death camps, while making it seem real thru the written testimonials from survivors and pictures of those who died with the dates of their internment. We first toured Auschwitz and after a short break Birkenau. Despite the crowds, we moved quickly through the sites and each group had its own turn in the rooms visited so we got to see each display up close. We liked that we were picked up at our hotel and tcould purchase lunch boxes - it just simplified the trip so much. Highly recommend the tour company and experience.

Emotional experience, our on-site guide gave us what happened here. She was knowledgeable & took us through the many stops, maneuvering us in the queue, as there are many visitors. Our driver was personable, informed us the day's logistics, & was there each stop. No confusion.

Don’t think twice, GO!
There is not a single word that can honour this experience, nor any words that give it the respect it needs. Anna, our translator, was amazing. Her knowledge was amazing and the passion and empathy she expressed when speaking was second to none. It was a very emotional day, but an experience I will keep in my memory forever.

A great company well managed
We recently completed the Auschwitz & Wieliczka Salt Mine tour and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kraków. Our driver, Martin, was fantastic from start to finish. We were picked up promptly from our hotel at 7:40am and returned around 6:30pm. Martin was a very safe driver, explained the schedule clearly throughout the day, and made sure everyone knew where to be and at what time. The whole day was extremely well organised and managed by Martin and his team. Both tour guides were very informative and professional, and both sites are absolutely worth visiting. Auschwitz was incredibly moving and important to experience, while the Salt Mine was fascinating and unlike anything we had seen before. It is a long day, but there are plenty of breaks throughout, and you can always rest or sleep during the drives between locations. Our group was split between a large coach and a mini bus, and we were fortunate enough to be placed in the mini bus, which made the experience feel a little more personal and intimate. We didn’t specifically request this, so it may just have been luck of the draw. Another big positive was how smoothly everything ran. There were no long queues at either destination. As soon as we arrived, we were quickly assigned to our guides and the tours began almost immediately. Overall, a very well organised tour and definitely a must-do when visiting Kraków.
