Good communications by the driver beginning 1 hour before pick up-letting us know he will be there. He also sent message when he arrived. It was a nice & clean quality car & friendly driver.

They were efficient. The driver had to wait 45 min because the bags took so long from the flight. We had 5 bags total and since my wife uses a cane and we are both in our 70's the driver never helped , never spoke or helped with luggage into the hotel. Therefore I didn't tip.

This was the same driver that we had upon arrival. He was much better this time. Very nice Tesla. On time, helped us with our bags, and very friendly. Nice ride back to the airport. Recommend this service.

Driver did not bother to come in the airport with an our name on a sign. He made it too hard to find him.

We booked a “black car service,” but got a basic transport van. The driver didn’t help with luggage, took a call while driving, and didn ’t speak much English. He missed our stop, ignored our protests, and dropped us two blocks away, saying he couldn’t turn around. Not what we expected.

Driver was excellent and was prompt, friendly, professional.
However, I ordered and paid well for a private car. We received a ride in a taxi. This is NOT what I paid for. I confirmed what a taxi would have cost and it would have been more than a third less. Viator tou took advantage of my trust. Very disappointed in YOU!
