Comfortable ship, friendly crew…however, luck-of-the-roll weather determines whether it’s a good experience or not. Unfortunately, we rolled ‘snake eyes’ and had zero visibility to see the Northern Lights so it was a rather expensive & boring late night excursion.

Transportation by boat is really comfortable. Sightings of the Northern Lights from the boat were very limited as compared to viewings on bus tours (compared photo's with people who took a bus tour on the same night as I did the boat tour; location also on the south of Tromso).

Very Nice tour , really good vessel to hit waves in necessary case , very confortable . Crew well trained . The time with the whales is short in my opinion but it is due to special regulation to protect them , soo i’m fully agree with it . No food or any thing to eat included in a 6-8 h tours …. bring your own .

Being out on the boat was fun. The staff couldn't be more accommodating and highly knowledgeable. The weather did not provide a glimpse of the lights but we continue to have hopes for our next adventure.

A very enjoyable evening. My husband has limited mobility and uses a powered wheelchair and fortunately is able also walk short distances. We arrived with him in his wheelchair as the event was noted to be wheelchair accessible. There are two level on the boat, only accessible via stairs and the gangway to board had a step up. With the kind assistance of staff, particularly the captain providing direction and assistance, we were able get on board and have wonderful night. Well informed and helpful staff.

Very poor weather and the guides were staying falsely optimistic in my opinion. It was snowing so hard, you could barely open your eyes and there was not a star in the sky. They only do the tours on Fridays and Sundays so their “guarantee” is worthless if they’re booked up, unless you’re staying for weeks. Limited to the number of locations they can swim out to so not worth the money in my opinion.

it was a lovely way to spend an evening and even though we didnt see the lights it was still enjoyable. The lady on the microphone needs to get some brevity training. Her information was fine, but so highly repeated and late at night I think most would have enjoyed more silence, rather than repeated information. All staff were lovely to interact with.

We had already left with the least hope... The navigation was short... The boat very comfortable and extremely pleasant... But once we found the right place.... The magic has begun... Above our heads and everywhere around us, we were captured and enveloped in the magic of THE DARKNESS... Concentrated but intense experience... You need just a lucky time... (MOST CXLO for Italian)

La gita non è durata secondo l'orario previsto, è finita molto prima. È vero che l'aurora boreale non è garantita ma mancava anche un minimo di intrattenimento. Tra l'altro mi avevano garantito una seconda oppurtunita per ripetere il tour(dato che non avevamo visto l'aurora), mandami un voucher tramite email che non mai arrivato che ho anche già contestato senza nessun riscontro. Soldi buttati ed esperienza da non rifare

Wir hatten die Fahrt leider an einem Tag gebucht, an dem der Himmel vollständig bedeckt und daher die Chance, Nordlichter zu sehen gleich null war. Es war trotzdem eine sehr informative und entspannende Fahrt. Wir haben dann am folgenden Tag von unsrer 2. Chance Gebrauch gemacht. Das war unkompliziert möglich. Die Crew erzählt viel Interessantes über die Aurora Borealis. Und an diesem Wiederholungstag haben wir sie dann auch gesehen. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Mannschaft ist topp, hilfsbereit und charmant. Bei klarem Wetter eine tolle Möglichkeit und für das Wetter kann ja keiner was. Um so besser, dass man nochmal mitfahren kann. Sehr zu empfehlen.

No pude acceder al tour porque debido al mal tiempo, nuestro vuelo se retrasó. En cuanto vi que debido al retraso no podría llegar, más de 2h30, escribí a la compañía para ver si me permitían modificar la reserva pero me dijeron que no. Tenía otros dos tours para el día siguiente con Viator que se cancelaron debido al mal tiempo, en ninguna de las dos cancelaciones hubo 24h de preaviso y no aceptan modificarme la reserva a la que no pude acceder ni devolverme el dinero. No contrataré ningún tour más a través de Viator ni esta compañía y recomiendo que no lo haga nadie, pésima atención al cliente.

2 étoiles pour le bateau mais décevant car le bateau reste près des côtes et il reste beaucoup de lumière de la ville. Partir voir les aurores boréales avec un chasseur d’aurores boréales est plus efficace et offre plus d’opportunités pour en voir de très belles. Cette sortie reste un peu un « attrape touristes « .
