Our guide! He was so knowledgeable about everything! Any question we asked, he was able to answer and we learned so much about Norway during this trip. He also managed to provide us access to the bridge on the Grand Sognefjord Cruise portion and that was such a treat to be able to go up and talk with the pilot. Breathtaking trip!

We enjoyed the beauty of the fjord and railway. Our guide Arnie was very attentive and detailed, making sure our experience was worthwhile. Additionally, we appreciated the flexibility viator had to make this possible for us.

The tour was fantastic. Stunning scenery via the ferry then again on the two trains. Arild was our tour guide. He shared his lifetime’s knowledge of Bergen, the waterways, terrain and history of the region in general. The Ferry was comfortable and offered a great way to view the fjords. The train from Flam to Myrdal was another gem. I would recommend this trip to anyone looking for a real representative slice of what Norway is all about. The train from Myrdal to Bergen was icing on the cake. A terrific adventure!
