Ryahn was our tour guide and she was lively and knowledgeable! She made it so much fun. The bus needs better air conditioning. The meeting spot was not as it was listed...said in front of Bergdorf but it was changed to the fountain and there was no communication about that.

Felipe was an incredible guide, and I enjoyed his engaging stories that truly brought the neighborhoods to life. The booking process was smooth and easy. I was a little hesitant when I saw the long line outside, but my concerns quickly disappeared because entry was organized and moved much faster than I expected. The show itself was absolutely phenomenal! The cast was extraordinary, delivering outstanding performances from beginning to end. The singing was breathtaking, the dancing was energetic and flawless, and the acting was captivating. The production did a remarkable job honoring Michael Jackson's legacy with incredible talent, passion, and respect. Words truly can't describe how amazing this performance was. It was an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves great live entertainment.

We very much enjoyed Rise NY. I would recommend better signage, as we were on our way out, disappointed that it wasn’t what we expected. However, a very nice employee asked us if we were on the ride and we said no because there was no signage or, if there is one, it’s not prominently displayed. Thankfully we ran into him and, because of that, I am leaving a good review.

Wow what an incredible experience

WOW!!! JUST WOW!!! What an amazing experience we had. We went for my daughter’s 13th birthday and her friends 16th. The VIP experience was worth its weight in gold. I wouldn’t do it any other way. NO LINE..yep you got that… No lines. And let me tell you the lines were nuts. Not sure the wait to get in, but the line was so long even for all that had tickets booked ahead of time. We walked right in. And fyi The line to leave is just as long. The night we went it was well over an hour to get out of the experience. The best part about it was our tour guide Phillip!! I can’t even begin to say enough about him . He was all over it. Walked with us. Navigated everything and treated us like royalty…. Definitely go to this experience it’s one you don’t wanna miss.

this walking tour was very good and just the right amount of walking. Our guide, Tony, did a great job of keeping us moving and telling us lots of good infor. Very good communication from the company on meeting place etc. I've been to these places many times but never heard the stories Tony told us. Very good

USS Intrepid and a rainy cold Friday in February

Great place for someone with interest in military, American History or airplanes. It was kids week so there were a lot of extra activities for smaller children. We made it through (sans kids week activities) the ship and submarine in about 3 hours. Due to the time of year and crappy weather (cold heavy rain) and no lines we didn't have to wait more than 5 mins for anything. We will go back again as several family members mentioned interest when we got home. Its clear that better weather brings much much larger crowds and with it longer lines.
