The hot air balloon flight over Teotihuacán was breathtaking and truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience! A special shoutout to Mar, Eduardo, and Angel! These three were absolutely incredible! They were so kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable, informed, and taken care of. Their enthusiasm, attention to detail, and willingness to share their knowledge made the adventure that much more memorable. It's the people who truly make an experience special, and these three certainly did just that! And just when we thought the morning couldn't get any better, we enjoyed breakfast in a beautiful cave! Waking up early is worth...

Waking up early is worth it, logistics coordination is all taken care of, bring a jacket for the morning and sunscreen/hat for the walk around the pyramids. The food wasn't great, but the experience is all about the views and the history which was excellent

What a cool experience!!

I would highly recommend this experience. It was absolutely wild and lived up to the billing. Our guides were fantastic. We were caught in heavy rain, and rather than trying to walk to the venue, or guides arranged for transportation that saved us all from getting soaked. Very thoughtful. I wish I could remember the names of our guides to give them credit, but unfortunately, I can't recall both of their names.

Great experience at Mr. Sanchos

We have gone to Mr. Sanchos previously and it is still a great option for Cozumel. The staff is incredibly friendly and provide excellent service. The all inclusive has plenty of food and drink options. I especially like that they have both loungers and chairs and tables with large umbrellas to shield from the sun or rain. I do recommend.

This was such an amazing experiencing. Even though we had to wake up at 5 am it was totally worth it. The staff was so kind throughout the experience. They fed us some snacks before we left and after the experience they gave us breakfast. Then when we went to the pyramids the tour guide was so experienced and told us about the history and would chat with us in between. He also took us to an artisan who showed us different obsidian and different culinary preparations on prickly pear and taught us a few words. The artisan was so courteous and was happy to answer any questions.

Carlos and Eduardo were great tour guides! We were so impressed with how accommodating they were, they really thought of everything - plenty of towels, shower stuff, waters, snacks, and cave gear. They were so knowledgeable about the indigenous lands we were going to in Tolantongo, was nice to learn about the history. Would definitely go again!!!

Greatly enjoyed this excursion! Our tour guide, Alfredo, was knowledgeable, funny, and was easy to speak with. Chichen Itza was amazing, and Alfredo provided in-depth history about it. The cenote was a nice way to cool off during a hot day, and Valladodid was a nice end to the day. Also, kudos to our driver, Julio, for driving nearly 500km that day.

Awe-Inspiring

Riding a hot air balloon over the pyramids was so peaceful and beautiful. It brought tears of awe into my eyes. The photo shoot beforehand was so fun. Ruth did a great job putting us at ease and getting us wonderful pictures (for an added cost). Breakfast in the cave was delicious and romantic. The pyramids guided tour was very informative and I enjoyed picking up souvenirs at the shop and the liquor tasting. 10/10 would recommend!
