You must go this!

Well organized tour group. Everyone worked hard to herd us all to one destination to another. My Dad was scared of heights but the guides made a lot of instruction and made us feel safe. All the crew worked like a well-oiled machine and it was amazing to watch the organization of the whole team. The balloon ride itself was smooth and spectacular! Our guide, April was so nice and friendly and our driver Rafael was prompt. Thank you for making this experience a memorable one!

This was a really great...

This was a really great experience and good value for money! The tour starts with tacos, beer and mezcal (all included) at some top notch taquerias before walking to the arena for the main event. The wrestling event was awesome and, in particular, the crowd was electric. The guides (Laura and Eduardo) were brilliant; they were always attentive and even made sure the group was crossing the road safely 😄 .

Amazing Experience at Teotihuacán!

I did a tour today, April 13, to Teotihuacán with Angel leading and let me tell you, he was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing so much fascinating history with us, and he maintained a perfect pace throughout the entire day. Not only was he funny and engaging, but he was also very attentive and made sure that we didn't lose anyone in the group. Great Guide!

Omar was an excellent tour guide! We started the tour with a delicious bebida at a local cafe and then on to the museum. Omar knew so much about Frida and Diego. This museum is lovely and does have English placards (unlike many other museums in CDMX) but it was still much more informative to have Omar share his knowledge. We ended the afternoon at a local market--also recommended by Omar--and enjoyed a delicious lunch.

The reason why I would return to Cozumel

The place is a quick 15 minute cab ride from Cozumel port as we arrived via Norwegian cruise. Super easy to get to .. check in was fast and the facilities were amazing. The beach was as pictured beautiful, turquoise water and the pools ( 3 in the facility) were perfect for all ages ( 2 adult 4-5 foot and one small child 3 foot pool). The server came often and drinks arrived fast and were tasty. I would recommend ordering food through server and menu much better selection than food buffet which was very limited. Everything in the menu is also included and that buttered shrimp was absolutely amazing. We didn’t want to leave out the place honestly. They do offer multiple excursions like jet skiing, scuba, boating, and snorkeling. The slide park in the water looked very cool but I had smaller children who weren’t ready for the waters depth around there. They do offer floatation devices (wish my kids would let me put one on them). I did the jet skiing there (my first time )and it was absolutely amazing. There is a lot of boat traffic in the area where your allowed to jet ski something to be very mindful about but can easily be navigated. Highly recommend the place. They do have rooms but only for couples no families goor overtime stays. Day excursion perfectly fine honestly cause the kids are done right after. Lots of shade options, chairs and trees. Also no seragassum like other Mexico resorts so everything is great. Definitely recommend for anyone.

We had Rodrigo, Victor and Noah as our tour team. We booked the all-inclusive package and it was worth the cost (hassle free). Rodrigo was beyond knowledgeable. Learned so much from him! Seeing the pyramid and the experiencing the cenote are absolute musts!! One of the best tours we’ve ever been on.

Great Trip

We had a really great trip. Pick up from our hotel was on time. Organisation at the dock was well done considering there were many tours at the same time. We chose not to do the snorkeling last minute as the guide mentioned youd be dropped off and swim back to the boat about 400m which isnt alot and you have life jackets also but as a weak swimmer that put me off getting into the water. Food at the buffet was nice. The second stop was chaotic with the amount of tourists at the town, the most dense we've seen a tourist spot yet. We did a cute golf cart trip along the coast to a viewpoint which we enjoyed but would've loved an extra half hour or so to explore the town a little more and have a drink, there was only time for one or the other. The team on the boat were great, drinks flowing and music blaring.

The balloon and flight...

The balloon and flight over the pyramids was simply incredible, I don’t think it could have gone better We were picked up at our hotel, then driven to the pyramids after after the flight, and then took us back to the city. The only lowlight of the transportation was that the little bus had one too many rows of seats, so our legs were always squeezed against the front row (very uncomfortable) Out of the whole experience the “included breakfast” was without a doubt the lowlight, we are no means picky eaters, but bland:cold eggs, hard bread, beans out a a can and sunny delight for what was payed didn’t seem right

Amazing - a must!

An amazing experience in CDMX. Pick up was at 4am and the drive was about 30/45 mins. Coffee and cookies beforehand then about 45 minutes in the hot air balloon. Breakfast in the cave was okay - my boyfriend didn’t get chicken with his chilaquiles. It was average but the location was amazing. We stopped for mezcal and souvenir tour after we walked around the Pyramid of the Sun for about an hour or so.

Worth It !!!

I was honestly so skeptical about booking this tour because I had seen such mixed reviews across different websites and social media. My husband and I decided to just go for it, and I’m so glad we did. This tour group was amazing from start to finish. They picked us up from our resort, Riu Ventura, along with other guests from nearby resorts as well. Once you book, they contact you on WhatsApp and send you all the details, including photos of what their vehicles look like, which made us feel a lot more secure and confident that we were getting into the right transportation. The driver also had our names on a list and gave us wristbands right away when we were picked up, which added another layer of comfort and organization. When we arrived, they offered us the option to upgrade to a private tour for $59 per person, which we thought was very reasonable, so we did it. The main difference is that with the larger group, everything moves a lot faster, while with the private option, you really get to take your time and enjoy each part of the excursion. For us, it was absolutely worth it. We did the ATVs, zip lining, the water hole, and the tequila tasting, and every part of it was amazing. The team was incredibly entertaining, patient, and just genuinely warm with everyone. The atmosphere felt fun, welcoming, and full of good energy. We also loved the tequila tasting and ended up buying some tequila to take home. They told us it comes from Jalisco and isn’t available in duty-free, so it made the experience feel even more special. Another great part of the VIP upgrade was that it included unlimited tacos, drinks, snacks, and locker rental during lunch, which made it even more worthwhile. Overall, it was a really great experience, and I’m so happy we did it. I definitely recommend booking with them.
