Our tour guide was Beto and he was AMAZING! His knowledge of Chichen Itza and Maya culture made the experience exceptional. He was very funny and engaging and we learnt a lot from him. Going to Chichen Itza was an experience we will never forget - you definitely understand why it’s a wonder of the world! 10/10 recommend going swimming in the cenote - it is beautiful!

Fun excursion with Lalo and Cancun Adventures

Lalo was an amazing tour guide and made our already exciting excursion much more interesting! Our driver Charlie was also great. We loved learning about the Mayan civilization in Tulum, swimming in the cenote and seeing a school of sardines and other beautiful fish in the lagoon. If you're adventurous or want to see another side of Cancun outside of resorts, we highly recommend this excursion. A few things to be aware of though. Definitely wear a rash guard if you burn easily since you will have to rinse off your sunscreen for the water activities. Water shoes, although not necessary, made our experience more comfortable in the cenote and lagoon. We brought our reusable water bottles to stay cool throughout the day, and were super glad we did so for Tulum. Our tour guide provided more water to refill our bottles throughout. In October it was super hot and humid so wear breathable clothes. Cancun adventures provides umbrellas for the sun which were so helpful. Lalo also saved us with bug spray in Tulum because those mosquitoes were killer. Lastly, like other reviews have said, it is a full day of driving and adventures so definitely bring snacks and be prepared to have a late dinner unless you live in Playa del Carmen/close to Tulum. We stayed in Playa Mujeres and got picked up at 6:45 am and got dropped off close to 7:45 pm. Overall, we have no regrets and would highly recommend Cancun Adventures.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 AMAZING EXPERIENCE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Everything about this excursion was absolutely AMAZING! From the tequila tasting to ATV riding, ziplining, and the cenote, we had such an unforgettable experience! The tour guides were incredible, super friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone had a great time. I HIGHLY recommend upgrading to the VIP package if you want the best possible experience. It was definitely worth it! The tequila tasting was one of my favorite parts because we learned so much, and the entire experience was both fun and educational. The staff was phenomenal, the food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was just perfect! You can tell they genuinely care about making sure everyone enjoys themselves. If you’re thinking about booking this excursion, DO IT! You will not regret it! I would absolutely do it again! ❤️

Good vibes, great drinks

Overall, we had a fun day on the catamaran! The drinks were delicious and generously poured, and the crew had great vibes throughout the trip. The snorkeling was a bit challenging because of the strong current, but the crew did their best to make everyone feel safe and helped us see some really cool underwater statues. There was also a professional photographer on board who took some gorgeous pictures for an additional cost, which were worth checking out! On Isla Mujeres, we decided to skip the ATV and instead relax on the beautiful Playa Norte, which was absolutely stunning. One important warning: be very careful at the tequila-tasting restaurant included in the tour. The staff were friendly, but we felt pressured to purchase things at RIDICULOUSLY high prices, so definitely check prices before agreeing to anything. The buffet lunch was pretty mediocre, but it did the job of soaking up all the drinks! Also, keep in mind that no extra snacks or food were served on the boat itself, so plan accordingly. Overall, a great atmosphere and a fun way to spend the day, just come prepared for a few tourist traps and don't expect gourmet food!

All around great experience

This excursion was wonderful! The catamaran is great with great staff/service, the snorkeling is awesome, and the amount of time spent on the island felt perfect. We also had a mishap where I thought I had booked a different time than I did and we completely missed our original boat.. we called and they were extremely understanding and did what they could go get us on the next boat. We were so grateful to be able to do the excursion and that they made it happen for us! It is totally worth it if you're debating this excursion, definitely recommend!

Perfect experience and attentive crew.

From the moment we arrived at the dock we were looked after by the staff and the crew. When we wanted to take pictures they made sure they were not in view, their drone footage was also very cool, (add on cost). The crew and tour was so good we booked it twice. Worth every penny

If you don’t mind caves and climbing stairs all day then you’ll definitely enjoy this. Its worth the money. I just didn’t expect to do 7 zip lines back to back. I thought I could choose which ones I wanted to do etc. The buffet had some awesome wings! I do give this a 5 star because I didnt know what to expect but i still saw the value in the park. Im just not big on caves and cant swim 😩🤣 but someone who doesn't mind will love this!

Angel was the best guide ever! If your scared to do something he will be right by your side to make sure you get the full experience. This being my family’s first vacation I wanted to make sure they were comfortable with everything and this excursion was a little out their comfort level but with Angel he made it very smooth sailing so they could enjoy themselves

Great trip lots to do Please remember to take your own swim shoes for the cenote and some sort of face covering for the jungle events as their prices are way over charged from example swim shoes you can get off shein for £3 they want 30 dollars for The staff are nice and friendly and our guide was good, you get some tacos as a small snack and there is plenty of water on hand for free along with lovely refreshments you can purchase Would highly recommend this Please be aware the drivers have A4 notices up asking for a 20 dollar trip etc, this is your choice to pay a tip so never feel obliged too if you feel you didn't get a good service and asking for 20 dollars is a bit cheeky in my eyes

Family fun

This was so much fun, unfortunately we didn't have enough time to do the zip lines because there was a thunderstorm and it was closed the 1st 2hrs we were there. The food was soooo good never seen an amusement park with this level of variety. Definitely worth the money. It requires a lot of walking so be prepared. Definitely bring some good water shoes you will need them.

Utterly unique, truly incredible!

Breathtakingly beautiful eco-park. Part exotic animal zoo (with some free to roam among the people!), part oceanfront water park, part history/culture museum, part cultural show. And every part was masterfully done. At every turn I was in wonder how they could design and build such a massive yet exquisitely detailed park. The underground river is a must. Watching the flamingo parade, a must. The evening show, a must. (Get the idea?) I'd recommend paying up for the "Plus" package, which includes one buffet + lockers (there is a separate, extremely convenient locker section just for the Plus ticket holders).

Great show and dinner experience

Redeeming the voucher at the box office went off without a hitch. There is a slight risk you get assigned bad seats since Viator doesn't let you choose them versus booking them direct, but we were given great seats. The dinner service was great and very attentive. Dinner itself was also great, everything was good except I wish the desserts were a little better. The presentation of all the food was unique and camera worthy. The show itself was fun and the performers were very talented. I believe it lasted for around 1 hr 15 min. Highly recommend.
