Our flight was delayed, we let them know and they adjusted their schedule. Our luggage didn’t arrive and we had to fill out a report. They waited for us. Great experience.

Avoid the hassle of navigating confusing public transport systems or waiting for taxis with this convenient shared airport transfer. Sit back and relax in your air-conditioned vehicle as your driver transports you directly to your hotel.

Ensure you have your confirmed flight and accommodation details when booking your shared round-trip airport transfer. Within 24 hours of purchase, your transfer will be confirmed and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver upon arrival.

Horrible experience- do not book with this company it is a scam. The prices are double what they should be and they made us wait for a taxi for over an hour just so we would spend $$ at the restaurant at the airport and that too is way overpriced!! We ended up grabbing a taxi from a local driver. Much better experience

Originally I was told there would be 1 other couple in the van and they would be dropped off first ( thats fine ) When we arrived we had to wait 30mins after being offered expensive drinks and upsells to private shuttles for $300USD….and when we got to the van there were 5 other families which all got dropped off before us….we left the airport at 2pm and got to our hotel at 5pm…..not impressed to say the least

We booked a private shuttle and driver for the 4 of us, instead of, it was a crappy old van with 8 people for multiple stops. Waited 1/2 hour for driver to arrive, no water or drinks of any kind in the vehicle. Driver left us sitting in the vehicle while they went to gather more people. This was not what we paid for at all. Very disappointed.

It was a little confusing getting to the shuttle place. The shuttle reached maximum passenger amount so I had to get the next one. I had an appointment in 1.5 hours, the staff arranged another driver to pick me up and get me to the resort for my appointment. It was much appreciated

They were good picking us...

They were good picking us up, but when it was time to go back to the airport, they were late. Emailed me that they were going to be late. They should have called us. We ended up getting an $80 cab to make it on time to the airport. Disappointed and looking to get our return trip refunded along with what we paid for the cab. Waiting to hear from Viator.

Rough ride

Old van. Had to wait over 30 minutes after flight landed for an old van to arrive. I have use a similar service and been in newer/nicer vehicles for the same cost. Driver did not appreciate the tip. I will not be using this service back to the airport even though we already paid for it.

It was a little hectic at the airport but follow the instructions and they are easy to find. We had to wait 30 minutes for the driver to arrive and decided to get a drink at the bar by the waiting station. Don’t fall for it. We made the mistake of ordering without seeing a menu. They are very friendly and know people are excited to start their vacation. 5 beers and one sangria $80 USD The drivers to and from the hotel back to the airport were great. Very nice and informative.
