Overall great experience and made the visit that much better. Red was great and made sure the group felt comfortable but overall had a great time. The accommodation was great and everything ran on time. I appreciated all the tips on where to go/what to do as it can get overwhelming with the crowds. We also got plenty of time to explore, take pictures and get to the bus on time without feeling rushed. 10/10 experience for me.

Saved By the Tour Driver

Our driver was super. When the Granville bridge was closed due to a police action., he found an alternate way to get us to the ferry still ahead of schedule. He made sure to continue his narration on Vancouver Island and gave us plenty of time to see all of Butchart Gardens and shop for souvenirs. When traffic was stopped on the way to Victoria, once again, he found an alternate route, getting us there with enough time to have a restaurant meal and shop for sweets and shoes on Government Street.He helped us get to the Sea Bus Terminal where we boarded the ferry going to North Vancouver.

Great experience!

Robby our guide was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I learned about the history of Niagara Falls. If you have kids with strollers or wagons it will be hard for you to maneuver because the secret garden has a lot of steps. It wasn’t the case for us since our kid is older. On the plus side, the visit to the Falls has ramps and elevators.

Fabulous tour! Crew is awesome!!! Congenial, informative, great commentary, gave a lot of details on all wildlife. I especially enjoyed my conversation with Kiefer (?) who was serving beverages and then came out with binoculars anytime wildlife was seen to help passengers find the wildlife and explain more about each one.

The elite boat ride!

The boat ride was fabulous and we paid the extra to be in the elite group in the front of the boat and it was so worth it. Our guide was amazing. I can't remember her name, but she was the best guide I have ever had and she was so informative and made our entire time wonderful. I did not really enjoy the journey behind the falls. We did the cave of the winds and it was much better.

Book it, you know you want too

This is absolutely worth the money & time. We had a small group of only 5, so luck of draw there. Our guide was Khristian, who is very personable & welcomed all the questions we had. Occasionally one of us asked a question that he didn't know, he told us as such, he didn't just give us an answer. He had fun facts along the way (wait until he shows you the random echo spot) and made sure we kept moving to allow plenty of time at each spot. Also, there are places for the probability of getting wet (before the boat ride), if you don't like walking in wet socks/shoes, be sure to wear sandals/flips/water shoes. I took my water shoes in a waterproof bag & had plenty of opportunity to change into them so avoid my tennis shoes from getting wet.

Worth every penny!

This was one of the most exciting experiences I have had. Definitely go VIP do you are in the front of the boat. Loved the behind the falls tour too. Tour should make mention that you end up quite a ways away from the start in case you drive and there is quite a fair amount of walking.

Asked a Vancouverite what the "must-do" activity is - this was it! From the comfortable waiting lounge before take-off to the smooth flight and landing, every detail was perfect. Shout out to Capt Grant and ground crew Ethan for enhancing the experience with utmost professionalism and attention to safety. Communication with the office pre-flight was comprehensive, especially regarding the audio tour, which was an added included bonus!
