My husband and I had a lovely time with this tour operator. Great communication about pick up time and what to expect of the day. The hot air balloon was so peaceful and joyful! The breakfast in the cave was nice and different. I liked having the option to explore the pyramids on our own for 1.15 hours (that’s what our small group agreed on). It was great to be back at our hotel in CDMX by 1pm. And can’t forget about Maritza! She greeted us at the hot air balloon location and then was our guide for the rest of the day. Just great energy and vibes! Overall, very happy we booked this tour and don’t regret it at all.

Amazing!!

Amazing experience! I 100% recommend this agency. It was very organized and full of surprises during the experience. You get to fly very close to the pyramids. They also offer photography services with a drone and also before the flight by the balloon (extra charge). The breakfast is incredible, with live mariachis. My mom got sick, and they had paramedics on site. Yesvid was very kind and gave electrolytes and medicine to my mom, and she was good all day. No other company offers this, and you never know if you get sick, that day.

Such an amazing experience. Ivan taught us so much about the pyramids’ history and indigenous culture and theories. I was truly captivated by all the stories. The tour started and ended promptly on time. They made sure everyone got a chance to go to the bathroom too.

The trip was absolutely amazing and covers the big sight seeing musts whilst visiting! We visited the Chichen Itza first, went onto visit a Cenote - had tequila tasting and lunch and finally visited a small village and had lovely ice cream! Excellent Tour of Frida Kahlo's Home and Overview of her Life

Alex was an incredible guide. He is so knowledgeable and could answer pretty much any question our group had about Frida and her life. He was very patient as the Viator tour was a bit confusing and switched our times for the tour the evening before, but then we couldn't get in and had to wait in a long line, holding up our group. If you go on this tour, hopefully you have Alex as your guide! He was so lovely, brilliant in his delivery and knowledge, and also provided some amazing tips of local spots to eat at after the tour. It ended up being one of our most memorable meals! So glad to have met you, Alex!!

Great Experience for Families.

We had an amazing experience at Mr. Sanchos. We were a party of 3 families with kids ranging in age from 4-11. We were catered too and food and drink was readily available and quick to arrive from our attendants. The aquatic park wasn't open during our visit but there was plenty to do regardless.

They explained everything very well, English and Spanish. The pick up was super easy to understand, communication the entire process was important to me and I was never left unanswered and they were on time. The experience overall was great, I would recommend it to anyone who was deciding on wanting to go. You have access to bathrooms before all the activities. The food was good and was an experience. All the workers to our driver and tour guides were fantastic. 10/10 experience

This excursion was amazing, so much fun! Our tour guide was David, and he was very enthusiastic and energetic, he explained directions very well and made us all feel comfortable doing the activities.
