Well organised, very punctional, info in the ads is the truth, kind people, clear communication. Know others didn't like breakfast but I liked it (fine for gluten free). Photos are very expensive, but pretty cool. Didn't buy though. Would recommend!

Most amazing adventure ever. And great little extras. A couple things to know. Add on for tour guide at archeological site do it. Pictures for purchase $130 USD worth it do it for sure. Did get separated from tour at archeological site but they rescued us for trip back to city. You can’t go wrong booking this was most incredible adventure in my life.

Excellent communication and accommodation. They picked me up from a location close to my Airbnb. Views we're stunning, with an excellent and knowledgeable pilot. The event from preparation to takeoff to landing was smooth and we were able to get great aerial shots of the site. Ground transportation to and from the pyramids was also good. The breakfast could've been better but that's not the main reason for going on this excursion.

I loved the hot air balloon flight over Teotihuacan. I felt comfortable going as a solo traveler and found the Volare team to be very responsive and helpful over WhatsApp. They answered all of my questions and were willing to pick me up and drop me off at a location not in the hotel zone where they normally pick up. The views were a bit hazy but no one can control the weather and we still got a clear view of the pyramids. Breakfast was fine--chilaquiles, eggs, watermelon, coffee, and juice--and the mariachi band during breakfast was lovely.

Flawless Sunrise Hot Air Balloon Ride!

Volare hot air balloons were great and worth every penny. They were very organized and on time picking us up. They provided coffee and pastries, which was a blessing at 5am in the morning. The ride was very smooth and did not feel bumpy at all. I liked that the pilot did not talk too much so that we could enjoy the sunrise and amazing views. He was very safe and the landing went without a glitch. If you book this, you should know that they do not land in the same place you take off....but don't worry...they drive you back to your starting point. They also offered some photos and video using a drone. Loved this tour!

Great experience! The view on top is astonishing and the communication is clear and the early morning shuttle is punctual. I would wish the tour at the Teotihuacán can be cover for the entire regroup, not two pyramids. But overall I had good experience with Volare

we had a great experience and really enjoyed the tour. Pros: * The entire tour was very well organized, from the hotel pickup to the final drop-off. Everything ran smoothly and felt professionally managed. * Our pilot was excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and fun. He made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe throughout the flight. * The breakfast and mariachi performance after the flight were a wonderful touch and made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable. Cons: * The pickup driver drove quite aggressively, which made the ride to the launch site uncomfortable. * The tour started later than scheduled, and as a result we missed the sunrise that had been advertised as part of the experience. * The photo service was not included and came at an additional cost.

Transportation to and from our hotel was a breeze!! Once there coffee was served and we were on our way within 20-30 min. The scenery was beautiful and the whole balloon trip was surreal!!! The staff was always courteous and professional. After the ride we were treated to breakfast and a Mariachi band … I would highly recommend this excursion to anyone !!!

This is a full day experience. It was very well organized and the staff were professional. Our balloon Pilot was excellent. I have been on two ballon rides previously; India and Tanzania. Okay this is a little touristy, but if you are reading this review you are likely a tourist in CDMX. Valore is well organized and very safety conscious. My wife and I felt safe at all times. The balloon ride was amazing and a perfect way to top off a few days in CDMX. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Best Teotihuacán balloon ride option out there

Volare was super professional throughout. Clear communication regarding pick up time and location. Our Airbnb was not one of the designated region pickups but they accommodated for door pick up anyways. We felt safe throughout the balloon ride and the views were immaculate. 3h of exploring Teotihuacán was also just right, before the afternoon crowds. The mariachi band during lunch was great and despite some options to tack on additional fees, we felt they were low pressure and easy to say no if we didn’t feel like it. Running on schedule and being professional is clearly a priority for Volare.

Nicely organized. Round trip from hotel in Mexico City. You just have to wake up very early around 3:30-4am but this is because the hot ballon departs just before sunrise so you get to see the magnificent view. If you don’t want to organize everything separately by yourself and save some extra time and effort, then this trip is definitely worth it.
