CONTACT INFORMATION ONCE YOU ARRIVE AT CANCUN AIRPORT When you arrive at Cancun International Airport, please follow these directions to find the driver who will transport you to your destination: “We recommend downloading the WhatsApp app during your stay in the Mexican Caribbean to facilitate communication and improve your experience.” Please show your confirmation voucher to the representative of the company and the driver on arrival on your phone. • Once you land at Cancun Airport, you will receive an SMS or Whatsapp text message from the company’s airport presenter and you will first need to go through immigration and customs. We will be monitoring your flight and arrival terminal until you leave... After going through immigration, picking up your luggage and clearing customs, you will see timeshare vendors and transportation along the aisle. They will try to offer you free tours and assistance with your transfers. PLEASE IGNORE THEM (do not talk to them and continue walking). Look for our team after leaving through the sliding front door; we will be waiting for you in the area where all other transportation companies are located. • The company representative will receive you holding a tablet with your name written on it and you will be dressed in a long sleeve green shirt. Go directly to the exit doors. If a representative of other agencies or hotels tries to stop you—there are a lot of scammers—please don’t stop and help us by going directly to our representative (we’ll be there waiting for you, so don’t believe people who say our team left or will reimburse you). Our airport representatives wear uniforms with apple green shirts and black pants. All our representatives and drivers also have an authorized airport identification. If it takes more than an hour to leave the terminal after your landing due to your airline, lost luggage or other reason, and if you do not see our driver when you leave the airport, please contact us. We are committed to providing a smooth, punctual and comfortable transportation service. Please note the following policies: Additional charges will not apply if your party members arrive on different flights, provided we are notified in advance. If we are not informed in advance and there are last minute changes, extended waiting times or additional travel within the airport, an additional charge will apply due to the extra logistics involved. If you need a baby chair, please request it in advance when booking (2 chairs per booking only). Unfortunately, we do not have baby chairs at short notice or at the last minute. This ticket is valid for a one-way trip. If you want a round trip service you must book another ticket head to your Viator portal (TripAdvisor) and search for “products departing from Hotels to Cancun Airport”.

We used STP Caribe for private transportation from the airport to our Airbnb and it was awesome. The van was super clean and cool (thankfully had good A/C), and they even gave us cold water which was perfect after the flight. Our driver, Nicolas, was so kind and welcoming — he shared a bunch of helpful local recommendations since it was our first time visiting Mexico. Would definitely book with them again. Highly recommend!

Very professional. Hot towels and water on arrival. Service was amazing . Once arrived at airport, they send out a text letting you know exactly where they will be waiting on you. Guy got us to our resort within 30 mins time for airport. Beer on taxi, no complaints

This was a Great Choice, very safe! There are so many people trying to sell you stuff and get your attention, it was such a relief to ignore them and head straight to the sign with my name on it and know EXACTLY where I needed to go. We were greeted with cool towels and offered beverages, including Cervesas. Had we gotten into a taxi I am pretty certain we would have been scammed into paying as much as this cost!

Don’t get to the margarita bar and stop, continue walking a few feet up further and look for the employee with yiur name on the tablet.

I was texted through What’s App with explicit instructions on where to meet up after exiting the airport. Kevin was friendly, offered us cool towels to wipe our hands and face, opened our doors, loaded our luggage and was the perfect gentleman. The limo had water, snacks and beer. Great experience and Kevin was great!

It was a flawless experience. I received a WhatsApp message prior to landing with instructions where to meet after luggage collection and what they were wearing. After a 10 minute wait, we were then ushered to the luxury van where we were met with cool, wet towels to use. Our luggage was packed into the van with ease. Prior to leaving the airport, we were provided waters and Coronas on ice. I will definitely use this company again!

Booking this ride with this group was one of the best choices we made on our trip to Cancun. Arriving into the Cancun airport can quickly get overwhelming, especially if you don't have good transport already established ahead of time. These guys were communicative all the way through until we got into our ride. A gentleman met us at the Margaritaville bar at the airport and guided us to our ride. And what a ride it was! It was a crisp, clean, modern, black Chevy Suburban. The driver immediately provided us with warm hand towels to wash our hands and faces with, then gave us lovely smelling lotion for our hands. All completely unexpected. Our driver was courteous and professional. Now mind you, I am a person who loves to drive and I'm a decisive kind of driver, some would call me aggressive. And our driver was like me but better! He drove smoothly and safely but decisively. Which also means he was fast. It might scare a meeker driver but I absolutely loved it! We will definitely use this crew again! Very awesome!

I had a great experience using this luxury van airport service. From the moment we landed, everything was smooth and stress-free. The driver was waiting on time with a clear sign, helped with our luggage, and was extremely professional and courteous. our flight was again delayed by 3 hours including waiting one hour for baggage. The team had been monitoring our flight and there was no drama taking us to accommodation and even had 6 cold beers. Excellent service. My plane was delayed 6 hours including waiting NY diue to bad LA weather and Gotransfers said.bad luck and pocketed the whole $250 and had to book another ride at my expense.
