Excellent experience

This is a full day with three different experiences and you’re driven to each separately with a stop for lunch. The hike to Arenal and the Hanging Bridges were our favorite. Our guide, Erika, is a local and very knowledgeable and friendly. We felt like we were in good hands the whole time. We did the waterfall last and while it was beautiful, the hike up and down 500 steps was not fun, especially after that full day already. The water is very cold so it’s not that fun to swim in. But overall, I’d do it all again!

Fun full day of adventure

This full-day tour packed in a lot of adventure. Everything was well-organized. Armando was a great guide and provided a lot of interesting information about Costa Rica on the long drive. Wear dry fit clothes and bring water shoes for the tubing and hot springs (we wore sneakers for zip lining and horseback riding and changed shoes for the tubing). You can leave bags on the van, which follows you through the day. Also bring a change of clothes for the long ride back. All of the activities were a lot of fun, and the lunch was very nice. Our favorites were the zip lining and river tubing (which was pretty intense...definitely not a lazy river).

We had an amazing...

We had an amazing experience on this tour and couldn’t recommend it more! Our tour guides, Axel and Diego, were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and made the entire day so enjoyable from start to finish. What really stood out was how accommodating they were, especially for my 59-year-old mom. They made sure she was comfortable throughout every part of the excursion, which meant a lot to us. We learned so much along the way, and everything was very well organized. They even provided fresh pineapple and other fruit between each excursion, which was such a nice touch. And the lunch—so good! Definitely exceeded our expectations. Overall, this tour was 100% worth it. If you’re considering it, don’t hesitate—you’ll have a great time!

Excellent guide. Claudia was knowledgeable, professional and spoke excellent English. She had fabulous stories of the sculptors and artists. Her knowledge of history was impeccable. We stayed the proper amount of time in each gallery. The walking through to the 2nd gallery...Uffizi. was fun and she even showed us her favorite Gelato shop. This was worth the extra money because Viator never disappoints. No surprises.

Great insight and access to crowded areas of Florence

Anna was an outstanding, knowledgeable tour guide. She navigated the crowds to make sure we had great access to David and the famous Renaissance paintings "The Birth of Venus" and Primavera (also known as Allegory of Spring) by Sandro Botticelli. Highly recommend.

Breathtaking

Our visit to the Galleria dell’Accademia was unforgettable. Our tour guide was absolutely phenomenal. Seeing David in person was absolutely breathtaking — the detail and craftsmanship are incredible. Learning about Michelangelo and the history behind the statue made the experience even more meaningful. A must-visit when in Florence!

Exhilarating

Beautiful and fun filled experience. Our family of 4 had a blast. The guides were super nice. The ziplines were exhilarating and allowed us to view the forest and waterfalls from above. But yes, there were a ton of people so we were a bit herded through, at times for the risk of safety. Another family with us were pushed so fast through that there was not a guide to catch them at the receiving end, resulting in a crash to the platform. There is a big hike up to the first cables, so be prepared for a workout. We loved that, but others found it a bit much.

Good food, good vibes, and beautiful sunset

It was a very fun boat ride with an amazing view of the sunset at the end, attentive crew, delicious cocktails and good company! They provided an amazing catered lunch of tender chicken, rice, beans, salad, and roasted veggies. Their selection of music was also very nice to have with something for everyone. Would recommend to anyone looking to have a good time, meet some fellow travelers, and get the full Tamarindo experience!

When you only have a limited amount of time in Florence, a great guide is a must.

Katerina was an engaging and knowledgeable guide. We only had a day to spend in Florence--we did the Duomo on our own, then had a great walk through the squares, over the Arno, back across the Ponte Vecchio and ending with David at the Accademie. With limited time-- a great guide is a must, and Katerina was the best.

An incredible family experience!

We did this experience of a family of four, including our two 9-year-olds, and we all had an absolute blast! The team was incredibly friendly, professional, and made us all feel 100% comfortable and safe at every step (there were quite a few nerves leading up to it from one of our kids). It’s packed with so much more than canyoning. We got to zip line, jump into the waterfalls (they were small), hike and be surrounded in the breathtaking, peaceful scenery of the rainforest + lunch and a great view of the Arenal volcano. The kid who was most nervous and didn’t want to do it ended up rating it “one billion stars out of ten”!

Great way to experience Michaelangelo's David

This is a must excursion to do. It wasn't too long and you got to see the Statue of David museum, but our tour guide showed us other parts of the museum as well, such as the musical instruments as well as the other types of art. Granted museum is based on the Statue of David and its experience. Seen the real thing and I forget the tour guy's name. She was amazing because her enthusiasm and passion for Michelangelo and a statue of David made this a very memorable experience. And the tour isn't too long. It's a little bit over an hour but it's well worth it

We weren't sure whether...

We weren't sure whether to go on the hanging bridges at Fortuna or Monteverde, and I'm so glad we chose this one! It's inside a very well-preserved forest, with clearly marked and easy paths. The longest bridge is about 100m I think, and it had some stunning views on the volcano from the bridges. We went in one of the last time slots available, and at the beginning it was a bit crowded but near the end we were almost alone on the bridges. For the cheap price compared to other parks, this was great!
