We absolutely loved this experience! Emmanuel was an amazing tour guide, and communication was great throughout the tour. We got to see several animals and learn about their backgrounds, which made the experience even more special. We learned so much about Costa Rica’s wildlife and really enjoyed getting to appreciate the country’s beautiful nature. The coffee tour was also incredibly informative, and we loved learning about the process while getting to taste Costa Rican coffee and hot chocolate. Both were delicious! Overall, it was such a fun and educational experience. We highly recommend Emmanuel to anyone visiting Costa Rica!

This was by far our...

This was by far our favorite activity so far, the waterfall was beautiful and so refreshing - but it is a strenuous way back up in the humidity and there are rather steep stairs, so it may not be for everyone. The lunch was fabulous, the volcano was amazing and the guides gave us so many facts about the history of the whole area! The volcano hike has some hiking up steep stairs, but not nearly as much. The hot springs were nice after a long day of hiking! The timing was off a bit, which did have us a little stressed out to begin with. Our pickup time was 30 mins after the advertised start time of the overall experience, and it was only about a total of 8 hours overall rather than the advertised 11. Which was plenty, don't get me wrong - I certainly would not have wanted to do anything more after the long day, just a little different than advertised. Highly recommended excursion!

Great all day excursion

Great all day excursion. The pick up was smooth & easy they picked us up from our airbnb. Th driver and the tour guide was very friendly. Also we started with the river tuning although i wish we did that last but it was a blast. The zip lines we pretty fun too & the hot springs was relaxing. The food provided at the buffet was delicious as well. I would recommend this excursion for all groups & sizes

Coffee and Cocoa, absolutely!

We decided to do this tour in the mid afternoon and it was amazing. Be aware that the rainy months can catch you unaware. Luckily this facility has umbrellas available so you can still enjoy the full experience. The cocoa and the coffee were the best ive had. My 10 year old was able to enjoy the coffee just as much as me. He helped grind most of the coffee grounds and chocolate we got to taste. Great experience for him. I cant say enough about the passion and knowledge the staff imparts on us. They are truly passionate about the jobs they do. Thank you to all of them for making it a great experience!

This was a wonderful experience. Catrina was very knowledgeable and passionate during each session of the tour. The volcano walk was beautiful and filled with nature, the waterfall was stunning and the hanging bridges allowed for many types of monkeys, birds, snakes, and spiders. Highly recommend

Professional and Friendly all around

Excellent experience!!! It was my first time, my husband and MIL had done it, but the guides were extremely professional and experienced in making visitors comfortable and safe. Instructions were clear and we had so much fun interacting with them all day! They kept an eye out for people in our party who needed to take their time between platforms and were nothing but encouraging and lively. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Oh - BUY THE PICTURES!!! Super good quality and they actually take from flattering angles 🤣

Don't Leave Costa Rica Before Doing This Tour!

This was an incredibly fun adventure! Our guide was great and we were on 3 different terrains. One thing I would suggest is a bit more instructions on how you handle the ATV when you get to uneven areas. Using the brake at the wrong time, versus just letting up on the gas is an important detail. I did get banged once. But all was well. Would highly recommend this tour!

The best time!

We had the best time! This was an amazing experience. We traveled with a party of 7 including 3 kids. The class 2/3 was perfect for the whole family. The kids had a blast! And out captain Colon was awesome! Spotted lots of wildlife while floating on the calmer areas of the river also which was a cool bonus! The fruit stop was delicious and the food provided in our tour was amazing also! If you want to do any rafting in the area I highly recommend!!!!

This was such a fun and...

This was such a fun and adventurous experience for my active family (kids ages 10 and 13). Each rappel was different but all led to the large 230 foot rappel. The guides made us feel very safe and did not pressure you into doing the biggest rappel. They also made recommendations based on skill. For example, my 10 year old opted just to watch the rest of us do the biggest rappel and that was just fine. A must-do for those who love a bit of adventure and stepping out of your comfort zone in a safe environment. We have Keen type closed toe sandal shoes but opted to wear running shoes with good tread as the rocks are slippery. Happy we did. Also, prepare to get soaked and to hike. Would not be a good fit for those who suffer from knee/ankle problems or for those who are very out of shape.

The sun set catamaran was amazing!!! We brought our family of 8, ages 70s to 8 years old. It was fun!!! We had the opportunity to paddle board, snorkel and just swimming in the ocean. The food was amazing, tacos, salad, pasta salad and chips. We had unlimited drinks! The hospitality by Angel, Luis and Erick was amazing! We saw dolphins!
