Our hosts were amazing! The Taco stops were also incredible. Lucha was the best! I have a background watching Lucha Libre, but my wife had never experienced it; she now is a lover of the craft! the group setting was also great and we met some cool people. Great night!

We had a great time with our tour guides Diana and Laos. They did everything they could to make the experience more special. From the tacos, beer and mezcal to the Luche Libre, we were so happy to be welcomed into Mexico City this way. A great experience.

Julio and Gurro were amazing! We ate delicious tacos, drank pulque, beer and mezcal. We learned about the history and importance of the Lucha Libre before going to watch matches in the Arena Mexico. I would highly recommend this to anybody going to CDMX :) it was such a fun night

Mano and Barry did an amazing job at providing a welcoming environment and an exciting time at the taco shops and the lucha libre event. They were very engaging and I would definitely recommend this experience/excursion to anyone who hasn’t seen lucha libre before or wants a new experience! The food is delicious and they were not stingy with the drinks :) Had an amazing time!

As a solo traveler and first time in Mexico City, this activity is a must. Stephanie was so funny, kind, and just the best. Her and her counterpart (so sorry I forgot her name) was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. I learned so much and enjoyed the food as well as lucha libre.

It was a great experience and our hosts Julio and Gurru made it so much better. They are knowledgeable about lucha libre and you can tell they genuinely care about the sport and enjoy giving tours. The Friday tour put us at the larger arena and he tacos are very good that are included in the tour.

If your experience mirrors mine, you are in good hands. All the reviews I’ve seen say it’s a great time. I completely agree. I booked this for three generations (from 18 to 80) and the guides (for us, Maria and Laos, although there were several parallel groups of 30ish) planned for everything.
Good allergies, check. Mobility issues, check. The real possibility of some folks getting lost, check. Shepherding people into being in the moment in a place so different from their non- México City tourist lives is complicated and everyone from my mother-in-law to my son got there. An excellent experience.

We have no idea what this experience was like as we were unable to attend. We were looking forward to this experience but on the day of the trip we had the misfortune of being caught in a heavy thunderstorm and the area of Mexico City we were staying in was flooded. In short, we could not enter the subway, because the street was flooded - and I mean like a river flooded. We could not get an Uber or taxi as the streets were total chaos. After talking with the tour operator and sharing our experience and videos of what we were up against, they declined to give us a refund. I contacted Viatour when we got home and although they initially seemed sympathetic, they too declined to give us a refund because the tour operators had refused. So although I can not tell you what the tour was like, I can say that if you suffer any last minute emergencies, they will not care, nor will they issue a refund. I will never use Viatour again and will be advising others to avoid them at all costs due to their refund policy because you never know when the unexpected can happen...

I have just gotten out of the stadium and was left breathless. The wrestling match was incredible. Our guides are both excellent and a joy to be around. They both speak excellent English. They are fun and enthusiastic about the tour. They make you feel welcome which is the most thing a guide can do. If you are visiting CDMX loook them up it’s well worth your time.

What an unforgettable experience! Valeria and Barrigón were incredible hosts. From the moment we met them, they made my husband and me feel like we’d known them forever. They were so welcoming, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the history of lucha libre. We love learning about different cultures and traditions when we travel, and they made the experience both fun and educational. The taco spots they chose were delicious, and the atmosphere at lucha libre was absolutely electric! Fantastic night with enthusiastic and knowledgeable hosts. The mezcal and birria stops were excellent, much better than typical stops on these kind of tours. And the lucha libre was phenomenal.

The two guides were amazing and we enjoyed the group we were with. Unfortunately our experience was not a great one overall. We booked our own tickets thinking we would all be on the same tour. Viotar does not state in the booking that you are put into different groups. Our group was split up in different groups and we never saw them. I don’t drink which is my choice however I was only given two tacos and had to go eat after because I was starving. This tour is not worth $100 unless you are going to drink enough to make it worth it. Don’t come super hungry.

Natalia Cruz & Dey were the best tour guides. We experienced a lot of rain and they made the best of the situation and got us to the arena safely. They were funny and outgoing, would highly recommend them. The tour itself was a good value, they gave us all the beer and mezcal that we wanted and stuffed us with a lot of tacos.

Dulce and Manu were experienced, knowledgeable, and fun tour guides that made our Lucha Libre Night Out the best! Good restaurants, great vibes, and an amazing time learning about the history of Lucha Libre. I felt like I could appreciate the sport so much more because Manu and Dulce educated us. They were such caring and dedicated hosts too - anything we needed, they helped! Would love to go back to CDMX and see more Lucha Libre.
