Beautiful Cenote in jungle setting with rambunctious monkey guests! Had a great time! Karen was attentive and efficient. Jewelry and Tequila shopping prior to Cenote was fun and low pressure! Tip - you can totally bargain with the prices of the jewelry. Overpriced ofcourse but if you want a nice souvenir it’s worth it! This was the best $10 we spent in Cancun!

The transport never arrived, we were in the pick up place 10 minutes early and stayed for almost an hour. We tried to contact them and until now we haven't recieved an answer. They have my number and email and never reached to us either. We lost the day because of this.

Pickup had wrong info. After convincing them for 5 minutes that I booked and paid for 4 adults (they had 2) we were on our way. Took us to some fake jewelry shop. The topaz and opals were clearly fake and their is no way they would have dusty “precious” jewels there. Then went to a souvenir shop and had to wait an hr for the transport to the cenote. After that, it was amazing. Cenote was the only positive thing.

The first time we did this tour it was awesome we loved the centotes and the monkeys that we got to play with. What we did not know is you can only do this tour once so when we tried and paid for a second time, we got all the way to the jewelry workshop (which is absolute scam) and the tequila factory (which is just a souvenir shop) we didn’t purchase anything from either of these locations the second time and there for Matisse the compnay in charge sent us back to hotel after wasting 3 hours of our day and did not let us go to the Cenotes. They would only let us if we purchased a $70 bottle of tequila first. We don’t drink and therefore did not opt for that. Read the fine lines people and pay attention. Matisse company is an utter scam and rip off tour. Just go to the Boca De Puma on your own cause that’s the only part that was awesome.

The initial set up was a little chaotic because there weren't that many English speaking employees. But they managed to find us every time we made a move, haha. We really enjoyed the ziplining with the kids, they took pictures that we weren't able to see and purchase so that was a bummer. Other than that, the big cenote was absolutely kid friendly with a fun swing zip line. Recommend to anyone traveling with a big group and wanting to spend a day out.

it was a varied tour from experiencing things to adventure activities. well at Boca de Puma the lady the employee was very grumpy and curt, it was noticeable that she didn't do her best to speak English either. Everything was promised but not fulfilled.
