Wow! This experience was great. In our view, they have timed the length of each individual activity perfectly - you felt like you always had enough time on each activity without it being too much or too little. The guide David and driver were very friendly and knowledgeable. We were a couple and our 12 year old son. Plenty of cold water and snacks offered in the tour bus to keep you fed/hydrated. Tulum is interesting and the views over the sea are breathtaking. The cenote we visited was in a cave and you were swimming underground amongst staligtites and even some bats. It is very narrow in places and if you have water shoes bring them to avoid knocking your feet on any rocks under water. The turtles were definitely saving the best until last. We saw about half a dozen swimming underneath us and even at times past us as they swam up to the surface, just incredible. Once in a lifetime experience, would definitely recommend! Lots of different sides of Mexico in one single day trip. The only (very minor) annoyance was that lunch included a set number of free drinks of either beer or margaritas. As two of our party don’t drink alcohol, it would have been nice to have had a soft drink or two included as part of the lunch eg, Pepsi, 7-up etc. we had to pay extra for this. Just a final note - we had an issue with something we purchased during the day. Whilst this was not the tour operators fault/issue, they have been super helpful in trying to resolve it for us with the shop. Excellent service, much appreciated!

We had an incredible experience on this trip! The mini bus arrived on time and everything was well organised! We had Jorge Luis and I’m sorry I forgot the drivers name but they were both friendly, funny and always made sure we were ok, well hydrated and not hungry! We got complimentary water and snacks on the bus!
The trip itself is one everyone should do! The Mayan Ruins were incredible to see! Luis gave us a tour with lots of interesting information and then we had an hour to walk around ourselves! Then we went to the cenote! Which were stunning!!!! We had a Mayan perform a ritual on us! We went into the deepest cave we were allowed in and Luis told us the history and how it all worked! (Pre warning it’s cold but you get used to it!)! The turtles were next! We saw so many turtles it was amazing to see them in their natural habitat! The day we went it was a little choppy at sea but we still managed to see them clearly and quite a few of them! (Even a baby one!)
Finally we went to lunch! It was on a lovely secluded beach and the food was delicious!
All in all a fantastic trip! Highly recommend!

We had an absolute blast. Arun and Lalo made the trip amazing. Tulum was incredible and our guides had so much knowledge! The cenote was jaw dropping and unforgettable. Seeing turtles, but also sting rays and cowfish was a highlight! And the food at the beach was really good. It was also nice that they gave you plenty of time at each destination. Great experience and 10/10 would recommend.

Wear bathing suit to the excursion, inform tourists water level is not really deep. In the cenote in in certain areas you can walk

This was a really lovely excursion! It's a long ride from Cancún, but definitely worth it.
The tour of Tulum was quite brief, and 40 minutes of time alone is not quite enough, but just barely. It's an amazing site and is quite small.
Cenote Sueño was stunning, and the only way to see it is with this company. The cave system is astonishing and we spent the right amount of time there.
Akumal Beach was also very nice, we saw a stingray and several turtles!
Lunch was fine. Do bring snacks.
Overall, this trip was absolutely worth it, a really delightful way to spend a day!

Approximately half of the time is spent on the bus. In Tulum an hour is wasted on a tour where you only see a few things. Then you have to scramble to get around to see the rest. And it's all pretty boring. The cenote was excellent but too short. The snorkeling does not offer prescription googles so if you wear glasses you're out of luck. The meal at the end was just ok and I would have preferred not to waste an hour and half on it and just get back to the hotel earlier. The whole thing took about 12 hours. Used up the whole day for about 1 hour to 2 hours of interesting things. I would suggest finding something only going to the cenote and turtles. Skip the rest. Keep half your day for other things.

Omar (our guide) and driver Manuel were great. Omar was very knowledgeable about Tulum and the Cenote - describing various animals we encountered and also how the cenotes were formed , etc. The cenote was pretty amazing - it’s just not a dip in the water. Very cool. Be prepared- it’s a long day if you’re staying in Cancun - 12 hours!

This was an amazing day and covers everything you want for a taste of the Yucatan. Tulum ruins are in a beautiful setting, snorkeling with sea turtles is amazing. Every tour package has a cenote, but this experience is different. It's a fully enclosed cave with a small opening to the surface way at the back. You can touch the ceiling in places and the water is crystal clear with little fish that nibble your toes. You will never forget this day. So unless you really want to see a huge pyramid or shop in Valladolid, pick this tour. It's worth every penny and the time flew by we enjoyed it so much.

The groups were too big and too close together when snorkelling looking for turtles. Everyone was kicking everybody in the face. At one point I was left behind with another group because the groups are too goes together. They did come look for me, which was great, but if the groups were smaller, this trip would’ve been much more enjoyable. Our tour guide Eugene was amazing. Very funny. It went out of his way to ensure we all had a great time.
This was an amazing trip; well organized with an excellent tour guide who did all the activities with us. We loved covering all 3 experiences in one day. Only downside is that we were very hungry after 6 hours and felt that a snack after the 1st excursion (that we didn't like) wasn't enough; we would have preferred a sandwich and fruit after the 2nd excursion. Having lunch at the end of the day on the beach was welcomed and delicious!
Activities were great. Difficult family in the group made everyone else late. Lunch at the very end of the day instead of in the middle was poorly planned. Good guide.
Matteo and Saul were the best tour guides, informative and no part of the Tour felt rushed. Saul was engaging and lively, Matteo the best driver and got to each place in time. Overall, a great day out to see Tulum and surrounding areas. The snorkelling with turtles was amazing and one actually came up got air right next to me 😊
Just be prepared for an early start and a full day out.
Bring a reusable water bottle, bring some snacks as you will not lunch until very late on the excursion. The roads in and out of a couple of stops are very rough. You may need motion sickness medication. It’s very hot and humid at Tulum, have plenty of water with you. Our tour guides were excellent and very helpful. There is a lot of physical activity involved, so be prepared.
The most memorable experience you and your kiddos will never forget!! One of the best parts of our trip!!

Felix (aka Chewy) was an awesome guide, very knowledgeable & a lot of fun.
No regrets going to Tulum, but found it kind of underwhelming. The Mayan history is very interesting. With so many groups, it was hard to hear everything Felix was saying, so felt like we missed some things there that might have made the ruins more interesting. The view of the coast was incredible. We got nachos and passion fruit smoothies at the little tiki Baja bar right in front of the gift shop- so.good.
Next was the cenote. 10/10 recommended. It was incredible. Be aware though, they make you shower off (hair & all!!) before getting into the cenotes to minimize contamination. It is cold but you adjust quickly. They do not allow cell phones or cameras in the cenote. The facility will take a ton of pics, which are available to purchase but not cheap.
Next was the sea turtles. There were a lot of them! And they could care less about you being right there, and will get super close. Very neat. If you burn easily, I’d recommend swim shirt, no sunscreen allowed on the boat.
Don’t forget your towels!
Last stop was lunch at the beach club. The ceviche and burritos were delicious.
I’d suggest grabbing breakfast before the tour & bringing snacks, as lunch is last activity. All in all, great day.
I liked the looks of this excursion because it combined a number of things I was hoping to see/do while I was in Mexico, and I had the best time! There were 7 of us in total, and the entire group was fabulous. Our guide, Paulina, and driver, Manuel - were both so great. Paulina knew so much history and information on everything we did and saw, which was one of the best parts of the experience. The ruins were very interesting, swimming in the Cenote was one of the highlights of my entire trip, and we got to see a bunch of turtles which was amazing. Our safety and the safety of others was also one of the top priorities for Paulina and Manuel which was also fantastic. I would highly recommend this tour, and hope you have the same fabulous experience I did.
This excursion was the highlight of our recent trip to Cancun. The Tulum ruins were beautiful, swimming in the cenote was one of the coolest things I've ever done and it's always a good day when you can swim with turtles. Our guide Selvino and our driver Lalo were great. Very informative and organized. Highly recommend.
The day of the experience, after we were on the bus, we were told that we could not do snorkeling with turtles. And that was the reason I booked the experience! It was marketed as a 5 hour tour, but we were gone 7:35 until 4.30. We ate lunch at 3:30… my kids were starving. The cenote was amazing. But the snorkeling we did in lieu of the turtles was too crowded. The beach club we ate at had good food, but you couldn’t go in the water due to sea urchins. So what was the point.
Our guides were very nice and very good, but overall it was too long and disappointing.
We were picked up in a shuttle, there was 8 of us total. Then partway through the drive to tulum we had to stop on the side of the road and change vans so there could be 12 of us in one shuttle. 12 people is not a problem normally, if there is room for everyone to at least be slightly comfortable. We had to sit in the very back bench, which was so cramped for four adults (average sized people.) we were crammed so tightly that we couldn’t bend over to access our bags and our arms and shoulders were overlapping. That sucks but it’s bearable until it’s sweltering. there was no air flow and two broken vents and one was the one over me, so being pushed up against the window by the beating sun and no air, I started to to feel heat exhausted and anxious.
I’m never usually claustrophobic, I wasn’t in the dark cave, the cenote, but that shuttle experience made me claustrophobic.
I reached out to tour comp. via email and app to explain our issue (never answered any Calls) and was not responded to for hours. When I finally was, they only said sorry for the inconvenience but stated 12 tourists was in the fine print.
12 tourists is not the problem! What wasn’t in the fine print was the fact that the shuttle would be miserable for the back seat bench passengers, on a several hour drive with no air flow, dripping sweat.
Tour guide reminded us to buckle up several times which was so crazy being that we four in the back were so close none of us could access seat belts. It would have been nice to feel safe.
Cancun adventures weren’t apologetic or wanting to reach out to remedy it in any way. It was Complete crickets after telling me to pay attention to the passenger number details.
our tour guide was an absolute gem and so helpful and knowledgeable but besides being worried and apologetic her hands were tied by the company. What was she supposed to do. I felt bad it stressed her out because I really felt for her.
Viator tried to reach out to them on our behalf throughout the tour regarding the van and never heard back, at least not during the seven hour tour.
Viator offered us a a partial refund but due to being ignored by the tour company through calls and emails and
WhatsApp I declined, believing the company should do the right thing and refund us. They refuse. Now I have to dispute with the bank charges. It’s the principle now, more so than the money. They treated us terribly.
Wish I could post here their careless and dismissive correspondence with us after the tour was ended.
I’ve been on many guided tours and never once complained. I say this to say I I don’t believe my expectations are unreasonable.
Tour guide was 5 stars a sweetheart and tried her best to remedy the situation. She knew we needed another van but was at the mercy of the company. We tried to call an uber but those dirt roads are so long and very bumpy, we couldn’t get a ride.
The variety of activities within this experience is wonderful and covers all of the highlights that we wanted to visit/do in Tulum.
It was a good tour. The transportation was cramped and uncomfortable. The snacks they said they would provide were not provided either.
This was an A+ experience. Very much worth your time and money. Our guide Michael and driver Omar were so knowledgeable and helpful it really made a difference in our experience
Jonathan our driver was super friendly and always ready to help in/out of the bus along with supplying needed water and light snacks. Andrea our tour guide was great, informative, well-spoken (English) and always interested in her country and natural ecosystems. Excellent bang for the buck! Be ready....wear a hat in Tulum as it's really hot there. Bring towels and dry clothes for inside the bus. After Tulum tour, wish we had swam in the ocean with turtles first, then lunch, then the cenote experience. Would definitely do this again. Our bus picked us up very early (7am) and didn't get back till almost 430pm. It was an amazing excursion and super worth every penny.
Highlight was underground cenote, a once in a lifetime experience. Angel was a great, hard working guide. He showed us Tulum ruins, swam us through the cenote and snorkelled with turtles.
Overall a fabulous tour. Pick up at our hotel was on-time and smooth, and our tour guide was excellent. He kept us informed, and on time, throughout the trip.
Our driver was also great, which is a huge compliment because nearly all of the roads we had to travel down were pothole heavy dirt roads, and he was able to drive us in and out with minimal motion sickness. If you get car sick I recommend you take something before this tour.
The Tulum Architectural site was interesting and our guide, Mike, was super knowledgeable and had great stories to tell. The Cenote, which was an underground cave, was a super unique experience. Lunch at the beach resort was the big surprise hit with everyone. The burritos were fresh and tasty, and I highly recommend the shrimp ceviche. Our least favorite part was swimming with the turtles. There were a lot of people there and the sand was so kicked up that turtles were just sandy blurs. (no good photos) They were big though. A fabulous day.

I had read reviews about expecting a long day and how the tour does not provide towels so before hand I messaged them and asked what I needed to take. They were very quick to respond and let me know all the items I needed to take with me.
I had also read that it was an all day experience which I was OK with.
The ruins was an amazing experience!
Mario did an amazing job at providing historical facts.
The cenote was an experience like no other!
We were able to see about 5 turtles and 2 sting rays!
The food at the beach was really good!
