What To Expect
Begin your all-inclusive day at Mr. Sancho’s Beach Club any time after 8 am to suit your schedule, and spend up to nine hours taking full advantage of the beach amenities at our own pace. Bask in the reserved beachfront area or relax on a shaded hammock, swim, or explore by ocean kayak for as long as you’d like.
Between naps and dips, feast on the included all-you-can-eat buffets on the beach and in the two main palapas and enjoy bottomless drinks at the two pool bars. You can also browse the beach club shop for souvenirs or photos (own expense).

Definitely a large resort with several pools & the beach. It was for sure a bit crowded, but that’s to be expected during busy seasons.
The staff was friendly & fun, and the food was yummy (we had the beef tacos which were good). I wasn’t a huge fan of the cocktails, the margaritas tasted like they had a creamy flavor to them, almost coconut-y (they didn’t have coconut in them). Or they were just super strong, which is fine if that’s what you like but I couldn’t hardly drink mine.
Overall good experience, I would’ve liked to spend more time there so I could try out the pools.

The beach is beautiful. Our waiter Edgar was the best. He kept our drinks full. The food that was included was so good, you could order off of the menu, or there was a buffet. There are two huge swimming pools as well.

We took a taxi from the cruise port. Took about 15 mins. Amazing service, beautiful grounds and ocean. Fun for kids. Food was mediocre.

We had an amazing day at Mr. Sanchos in Cozumel! The beach was beautiful, the food and drinks were excellent, and there was so many fun to do. The entire staff was welcoming.
A special shout out to Ivan, who provided exceptional service throughout our visit. He was attentive, personable, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His outstanding customer service truly made our experience unforgettable.

We had so much fun! Chino our waiter was fantastic and always available for drinks/food! The resort was clean, the staff friendly and fast with drinks and food and the food/drinks were delicious! We will be back next time we are in Cozumel!

What a great place to hang out for the day in Cozumel. The pool is awesome and the beach is beautiful. The staff are amazing, and keep the food and drinks flowing. We had Audon and he took great care of us. Marshmello at the swim up bar was so much fun and kept our cups full.

We went here two years ago and it was great, so we decided to go again. This time it was not as good... took forever to get us food, massage prices increased significantly, and some staff was rude. We will not be returning.

I'm upset because i was charged twice for my visit. I booked and paid through App pay and received an email stating something was wrong with my payment. I used my debit card and they charged both for my trip. The visit was good. not satisfied with having to pay twice.

The staff was amazing!!! Food was great. Resort was absolutely stunning with both seating with umbrellas and tables to eat and loungers. Ocean and pools to swim. It wasn’t overly crowded even though there were 5 ships visiting that day. Everything was seamless! Our waiter made sure we were okay. He found us wading in the ocean and constantly checked in to see about bringing us another drink. Things to mention is the WiFi cost $5. Still okay but service does work with Tmobile and Verizon without it and roaming.

My husband and friends went to Mr Sanchos this past weekend and the experience was awesome. We loved our waiter Eric "pops" he attended to us and had exceptional service. We will definitely tell our family about this experience so that we can come back again

Our server was pops he was great we enjoyed the beautiful water and the fun atmosphere I would have appreciated towels included in the full package and better tasting food but will still give 5 stars because the attentiveness of staff met what was lacking in the food and lugging our towels from the ship
