This was a wonderful...
This was a wonderful experience! There was great communication a couple days via WhatsApp, prior to our arrival which provided details on where to meet our guide right outside of port. Miguel was a great guide, answering questions, and made it a great excursion! This was the first time I booked an excursion outside of the cruise line and it was such a smooth experience! Highly recommend for families! Lots of fun!

Day well spent
This place is beautiful clean family friendly and has excellent staff. Not a great “beach” but the water is usually calm and the activities abound. Not recommended for small children but they do have a beautiful pool The grounds are like walking thru a rain forest. Just amazing. Great day”

Just writing about this...
Just writing about this now in June, but we took this excursion in early April. One of our biggest concerns was getting back to the boat in time because this was not an excursion bought through the cruise line, and if you're late they're under no obligation to wait for you. That ended up being no concern at all, because it starts pretty soon after the boat docks, and we got back with about two hours to spare before departure (note: we did not do the optional beach stop). Carlos was a good tour guide, the ruins and surrounding area were magnificent, and we even stopped for some road-side mangoes and pineapple which were delicious. Lots of water bottles were provided.

Nice, relaxing day!
Great experience! You get a personal server and they are VERY attentive! Two pools, two hot tubs, multiple bars, two are swim up, with all you can drink alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. You can order food/drinks at your beach chair for delivery, or go to the buffet. Food is just OK, the least impressive part. My 13 and 15 yr old grandsons loved all the blow up ocean obstacle course stuff (extra charge)! They spent most of the day out there, was worth the money! The beach had plenty of chairs/tables with umbrellas if you like. Just an overall nice, relaxing day!! They also have extras for a charge, parasailing, jets skis, even snorkeling trips! PLEASE, PLEASE bring cash to tip your bartenders and servers, they work SOOOOO hard!!

While you might be tempted to spend all your time in the Riviera Maya and the Yucatan on the beach, the region offers much more than white sand and warm water. Riviera Maya and Yucatan tours reveal a different side of the Mexican state by showcasing Mayan ruins, secret cenotes, and colonial towns. Some excursions whisk you to a world wonder or sail to snorkeling hot spots in the Caribbean Sea, while others focus on exploring the jungle in an ATV or tasting local delights such as tacos and tequilas.
