We had a great experience on our trip. Our guided, Danny, and driver, Nico, were both so friendly and kind! Danny was very knowledgeable of the area and was able to answer any of the group’s questions. The included breakfast and snacks were great. We bought the package that included lunch and were very pleased with the options. The hot springs, cave, and tunnel were all beautiful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

My Tolantongo trip was absolutely a blast! From the moment we were picked up until we reached our destination, everything was smooth, fun, and well-organized. Our tour guide, Adrian, and our driver made the entire experience easy and enjoyable.
Adrian was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts and stories along the way, and his sense of humor made the long drive feel short and entertaining. He made sure everyone was comfortable, informed, and having a great time.
The whole experience exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciated the professionalism, friendliness, and positive energy from both Adrian and the driver. I highly recommend this tour to anyone planning to visit Tolantongo, it was an unforgettable experience! Highly recommend!

This was a great experience. The hot springs, cave and river vare alll experienced at the eco-¹park Any pictures I've seen online don't fully capture the majesty of the environment. The communication and hospitality from our guide Diego was top notch. He worked really hard to keep the group updated and moving smoothly throughout the day. In hindsight, there is a ZERO percent chance I would have wanted to independently drive to this location, so booking this tour was absolutely the right call. It's a long day but there are stops for breakfast (included), lunch (separate charge) and a dinner purchase option. Finally, even though you travel and eat meals as a group, there was more than enough alone time at each aspect of the park for my wife and I. We would 100% recommend this tour to anyone interested.

We had an amazing day with our host Diego & driver Lalo! Everything was very organized & smooth, you just need to bring your necessities & some pesos. Tolantongo is absolutely gorgeous & I am so happy we took a day out of our Mexico City trip to go on this excursion. I would highly recommend this tour!

This is a long commute about 3.5 hours going and coming back, but nonetheless it is well worth it. Very fun and relaxing. Our tour guide Damian was absolutely amazing as well as our driver. Very kind, personable, and informative. Highly recommend, 10/10.

Tour guides were very nice and the destination and experience was so fun and amazing to see but the travel to get there was NOT OKAY. This shuttle was not suitable for long distance travel. It was so uncomfortable the 4 hours there and back. You can feel every little bump in the road so your brain is just rattled the whole trip, the seat were so uncomfortable that my tailbone was bruised and my hip flexors were so strained from trying not to slide off the seat. Some seats had no arm rest. The shuttle was not big enough for how many we were were and for our stuff. It was truly so painful, my whole group were wanting to just uber back. Oh AND the AC was so weak, everyone in the back would be sweating.

This tour was seamless. This team provides backpacks with towels, phone case, headlamps etc. Danny our guide took care of everything, was super nice and was great at keeping the group on time. The drive is long but absolutely worth it. Don’t miss this unique location if your visiting Mexico City.

I want to provide direct and candid feedback regarding my recent tour experience.
Adrian and Meeko were excellent. Adrian delivered a knowledgeable and engaging tour, and Meeko handled the driving professionally. Their efforts did not go unnoticed and are appreciated.
However, the overall experience was significantly undermined by poor logistical planning. The van provided was far too small for the number of passengers. It was overcrowded, uncomfortable, and frankly unacceptable for a trip of that duration. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was barely functioning, which made an already cramped situation even more unpleasant.
This is not a minor inconvenience—it reflects a serious lapse in customer experience standards. When customers pay for a tour, basic comfort and adequate transportation should be non-negotiable.
I strongly urge you to reassess how you allocate vehicles and manage group sizes. What we experienced should not be repeated for future customers.
I expect this feedback to be taken seriously and addressed accordingly.

Adrian was the BEST tour guide we have had on all our excursions here in Mexico. He was so knowledgeable about the history and culture of the region, and was very kind and helpful throughout the entire day. We HIGHLY recommend this experience for anyone traveling to Mexico City and recommend Adrian as your tour guide!

The tour was well organized and good. But still we gave only two stars because of the following
We don’t eat meat. We ordered Otomi plate which was marked as veg. Later we found out it contained chorizo which is pork. This is religiously forbidden for us.
Secondly morning breakfast carried no signs as to what food was on buffet. How do vegetarians manage.
Food sensitivity of tourists was totally ignored.
The van had no rack to keep our personal stuff. The sitting space thus was very tight.
My wife with knee arthritis had issues getting into and out of the van as the height was too much and no provision with a foot stool was provided. In fact one lady almost fell while getting down.

Loved this tour. Tolantongo is amazing and we had plenty of time To explore and enjoy. Our guide was also very informative and helpful which made for a brilliant day out.

Tania was an amazing guide! A+ for organization- nothing was missed and everything was extremely prompt. Breakfast was great, the stops/to and from were appreciated and I felt like we had plenty of time to explore each area. It was a long day and a LOT of people there, but it was absolutely worth it. Beautiful drive!
Helena_D, Apr 2026
GREAT guide & driver which is super important, it’s a lot of travel there & back. But the stops were lovely and unlike anything I’ve seen before.
Mary_T, Apr 2026
Beautiful landscapes, remarkable hot pools and caves. Friendly, knowledgeable guide (Lalo). Be prepared for long bus ride, but worth the experience.
anthony_d, Apr 2026
My experience on this excursion was a big surprise to me. I was not expecting so much detail and info about the caves, history of Actopan, Hildalgo and Tolantonga. The hot springs, walk through the cave into a big hot spring and Riverwalk was fun. Our guide Alejandro(Leo) and driver Ezekiel were great. Leo made sure we were good at all times and answered any questions we had about the trip. Detailed info for pickup times, stops and drop off point. I suggest you go with this company and ask for Alejandro (Leo).

Very beautiful place, our guide Damien was very cool and easy going, some pro tips for first timers:
• You can buy most of what you need at the pit stop before the location for cheap, don't rent aqua shoes.
• The food is not included, however the restaurant does accept Credit Card
• The shower area doesn't have private stalls to change after you shower.
Gracias Damien por ser buena onda, dios te bendiga!

Amazing experience - would recommend for everyone going to CDMX as a day trip. This was a very well-organized day. They brought us to hot springs (relaxing pools), grottos/caves with waterfalls (very unique experience), and a relaxing river at the end of the day. This was overall a very fun, well-organized, and relaxing experience for our second-to-last day in Mexico.
Angela_N, Apr 2026
This was a highlight of my CDMX trip, highly recommend! Such a beautiful excursion from the city. My favorite part was swimming in the warm grotto. The logistics were extremely smooth from start to finish. Our guide Adrian was extremely helpful and friendly with everyone. It was nice to have a small group of 10 people, so it was easy to keep track of everyone. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and it was helpful to be able to eat a lot there before a long day. The drive didn’t even feel too long. Definitely glad I booked this trip.
Alfredo_M, Apr 2026
Diego is a very animated and caring tour guide highly recommended. The tour itself allows you to see multiple parts of the park. The park is very big much bigger than I anticipated.

Extraordinary ! Activities Well planned , Damion , our guide , was great ! Very friendly , knowledgeable, great English , great personality, very helpful, looked after us always.
Tolantongo was out of this world. Great sights !! The images on the web don’t do it justice .
Definitely One of the highlights of our trip.
Thank you.
Melba Irwin.

This is a long day of travel but completely worth it! Our guide Leo was amazing and coordinated the pickups smoothly, provided backpacks for us to use during our time at Tolantongo, and made sure we made the most of our trip. Our driver Nico was also amazing and although the roads in Mexico can be very bumpy, he would constantly slow down to ensure the safety of all the passengers on board. Everything was perfect - from spending time at the hot springs, exploring the caves, and having lunch by the river. Would highly recommend this trip if you have a spare day in Mexico city!
Teresa_W, Apr 2026
Amazing experience overall. Loved the water experience. Especially the cave/water portion of the trip. Worth the early morning pickup. Dont be shy about asking for a morning pickup at your exact location. They will accommodate. Suggest to Wear more active swimwear vs fashion swimwear. Beware of the so called waterproof phone holders if you have a Iphone pro max which apparently is too big for the case. My phone got water damage and not repairable sadly.
Esmeralda_A, Apr 2026
Everything was amazing and very smooth. Diego was awesome. Truly made the experience what it was. Everything felt very safe and went as planned. Definitely recommend probably the
Highlightof my trip.
Kevin_Y, Apr 2026
The tour was amazing. Guide Adrian and driver Ezekiel were fantastic. I highly recommend this tour if you’re in Mexico City and want a fascinating view into the culture.
samantha_n, Mar 2026
Diego was amazing and the environment was beautiful!!! The only reason it is a 4 star and not 5 is because the 4 hour ride there was insane and had many people in the group carsick. Diego said that 50% of the time, there is someone in the car who has gotten sick. He carried Dramamine which helped, but be warned… this is a BUMPY ride
doctrupp, Mar 2026
Seasoned traveler here. This was the most organized tour I’ve been on. Timing, stops, guidance at the site and fully supplied tour. They thought of everything. Seriously, everything. Towels, shampoo, water, snacks, timed stops for food and bathrooms. We ate, slept, toured, and were taken care of the entire time. Tolantongo itself was spectacular, from the views to the pools, zip lining, caves, and river, it was well worth the long drive. For those worried about the roads, if you get severe motion sickness, the last 15 minutes may not be for you but the van was so comfortable that we really didn’t feel much. Only things not included are water shoes, lunch, and snack stop on the way back. Just book it. You won’t regret it.
alexis_A, Mar 2026
This was such an amazing experience from start to finish! Damien was one of the best tour guides I’ve ever had and he did a great job with keeping us on schedule but not rushing us, getting us back to the city in a timely manner and poncho our driver was also a great help!
Eli_S, Mar 2026
Awesome experience, guide and driver did a great job and Tolantongo is beautiful. You do leave around 5am so be prepared to wake up early.
Kayla_L, Mar 2026
So enjoyable and totally worth the trek! Stops along the way really help to break up the long drive. The pools, caves and river are all unique experiences in the most amazing waters.
Jessica_G, Mar 2026
Diego was a fantastic guide, so friendly with great time management skills. Made the entire experience extremely enjoyable! Thank you Diego and our driver Alberto for an amazing day!
Fernando_H, Mar 2026
It’s truly incredible, once you experience it in person. From the warm pools, amazing color of the river to the unforgettable experience inside the cave.
