Our driver was excellent. We flew into Lisbon, Portugal airport which has the worst system for foreign passengers to enter the country. They have electronic machines that should work but are in clusters of 6-8 machines spread out over a great distance. No personnel to assist or tell people to keep walking to the next bank of machines. All machines went offline and NO ONE around to direct a huge plane full of people. Then when machine came back online only about 50% of people would get approved. After all this, we had to join a LONG LINE of passengers to go through a regular passport check. The whole process took us 3 hours and our driver waited for us!! He was so courteous and helpful. He apologized to us and was still smiling after waiting all that time.

Andrei was amazing. We were really impressed with his ability to frame shots as well as his suggestions for posing. It made the experience really easy. My niece loved it. And of course, the photos are fantastic! Can’t say enough about how pleased we were. If you’re on the fence, book it! You won’t be disappointed.

Loved seeing Sintra. The bus ride was very comfortable, and once there, we had some time to stroll around and get a coffee before visiting Quinta de Regaleira. It’s a fascinating and beautiful place to visit. We especially loved visiting the Initiation Well. Afterwards, we got lunch on our own, and then traveled to the castle/monastery at the top of the mountain. We all agreed it would be worth staying in Sintra overnight to explore more. Be aware—this tour was described as requiring moderate physical fitness; however, the walkways are steep with uneven surfaces and lots of steep steps. Most of us on the tour agreed that it should be described as moderate to strenuous. Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful and relaxing way to experience Lisbon from the water. The group was very small—just three of us—which made it feel personal and peaceful. The team onboard was great: friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. It was a cooler evening, and they proactively provided blankets, which made a big difference. They also had drink holders so you didn’t have to keep holding your glass the entire time—such a small detail, but really appreciated. While it’s not a guided tour, they did share some light commentary about the city, which added nice context without taking away from the laid-back vibe. The views of Lisbon—especially the old town—were stunning from the river. The only slight downside was the sunset portion. As the sun was going down, we were passing a shipping yard, so the view was partially blocked by containers at times. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it’s worth noting if you’re expecting a completely unobstructed sunset. Overall, it was a really enjoyable and calming experience, and I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something low-key and scenic.

Our hotel-to-airport transfer was a great experience from start to finish. I originally scheduled pickup for 6 AM, then realized our flight was at 6 AM and needed to change it to 3 AM just a few hours beforehand—thankfully, it wasn’t an issue at all. Our driver was pleasant, the car was very comfortable, and the whole experience took the stress out of trying to find a taxi or Uber that early in the morning. He even helped bring our bags inside and pointed us in the right direction for our gate, which he absolutely didn’t have to do but we really appreciated. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience—I’d definitely recommend it.

We had an awesome experience. Our driver was very personable and was at our hotel early to get us to the airport in Lisbon. He even gave us tips on where we needed to go to get through customs and security to get to our gate to catch our international flight back to the US. Would definitely use this service again!! 😊

Once your in you don't want to get out it's just an amazing place to visit ✨️ me and my partner went in for 2 hr we had to leave as we had other place to visit other wise would off stayed for another hour, I'll say no more so I don't spoil the fun if you're in Lisbon must visit special if have kids.

Our arrival experience in Lisbon was quite chaotic to say the least! There were about 3 or 4 international flights come in at the same time. Getting to the customs was nuts and took 2 hours! Our driver stayed in contact, gave use directions to his partner who was in the terminal the whole time waiting for us. Once we found the correct meeting zone we were fine. Our greeter stayed with us until our driver was able to get through the traffic. Our driver was great, giving us lots of information as he drove us to our hotel. I am so glad to have had these 2 people to smooth out what could have been quite nerve wracking for 2 senior tourists!
