This photoshoot was scheduled for 10:00 AM, but no photographer showed up at the scheduled time. They eventually found a replacement around 10:30 AM, which caused the session to run into my other 11:00 AM appointment and disrupted the rest of my plans.
The photos themselves turned out great, which helped make up for the delay. However, communication was very fragmented. I was contacted from multiple phone numbers, and it seemed like conversations depended on which representative was working that day. During the shoot I couldn’t reach the person who confirmed my booking, and afterward I couldn’t reach the representative who promised additional photos due to the delay, which I never received.
Overall the experience felt disorganized. I’ve generally had good experiences with Viator, but this one makes me consider other options for booking tours.

The photographer was nice but we weren’t satisfied with the photos taken. Half the time we were looking for a good location for a shot and were told the light wasn’t the best ( we wish the time booked wasn’t an option if that’s the case…5:00 pm btw) when we got our photos back we had to request because it wasn’t delivered within stated time. We didn’t like most of the shots and requested to look at others ( most places let you choose what you want)…we were told we would have to pay the additional cost to see any other photos. Why would we pay extra when we already weren’t satisfied with the photos already viewed? We had a group of 3 and wanted a few single photos. I got only 2 in photos and one had my arms folded…was not flattering hence why I asked to see some others…as far as editing goes, we had our coats nearby bc we were trying not to be robbed in downtown Lisbon. Of course the editors left those in the photo…what exactly was the editing process? Would not recommend no matter how nice the photographer was.

Bringing a camera with two kids is a handful for parents like us hiring a local photographer is much convenient for us. Our photographer is charming and kind though there was miscommunication at first but it was resolve instantly and we are very happy. Thank you

We traveled to Portugal with our 3 small kids (5, 3, 1). It’s basically impossible to get a quality selfie picture where everyone is looking / nicely posed / capturing the essence of wherever you are. Could not be more thrilled with our photographer (Arthur is awesome! So polite, so nice, so communicative) and how the pictures turned out. We have some absolutely stunning pictures where all 5 of us are looking at the camera (lol) and with amazing perspective / background / framing. Could not be happier. Definitely a must do activity to capture your trip!! Thank you so much for a the timeless treasure we will always appreciate/ look back on!!!

Ruben was great! He was very welcoming and professional. He took me to several spots to take photos. I had a couple of shots that I wanted and he made those happen as well.
