Old Town tour

We took a two hour Tuk Tuk tour of old town on our arrival to Lisbon & Jama gave us a great history lesson! We stopped & took photos at some of the great viewpoints. We stopped for refreshments too! It was a great activity to orient us to Lisbon early in our trip.

Best “all-in” private tour guide in Lisbon.

Honestly I wouldnt do anything different in my stay in Lisbon, Alessio was an amazing tour guide (private tour guide) and literally showed us EVERY spot in Lisbon, Belem and Sintra… also took us to very local spots for the best sunset ever in Lisbon, for best pastries and Portuguese food. Also note that Alessio was very knowledgeable about the city, culture and history… a funny guy indeed. I highly recommend this tour as is the best “all-in” experience.

Pedro was a wonderful guide. He was so knowledgeable and started off by giving the entire history of the country, leading up to Sintra and how these beautiful sites became what they are today. He was very patient and answered every question that we had. He gave us suggestions for lunch and waited patiently as we took our time in Sintra. I could not recommend this tour enough.

Highly recommend

Amazing tour with an equally amazing tour guide!! We loved Nuno! He was extremely knowledgeable, considerate, personable, and the perfect tour guide. He made us feel very comfortable and taught us a lot about the history of the area. We didn't have enough time to tour the well, but the Pena palace was outstanding, and the lakes trail was beautiful. We highly recommend Nuno and this tour!

Our day with Ines was absolutely outstanding and one of the highlights of our time in Portugal. We visited Belém, Quinta da Regaleira, the historic center of Sintra, and the Park and National Palace of Pena, and more! What made the experience so special was Ines’s incredible knowledge of Portuguese history, culture, and architecture. She brought each location to life with fascinating stories and context that made every stop far more meaningful than simply walking through beautiful sites. Wonderful experience of local small cafes, and restaurants

The tour was AMAZING. We walked from the hotel, UPHILL a considerable amount to get to the meeting point. The benefit of starting at one of the highest points in the city is that the entire tour was walking downhill!! Our guide was engaging, enthusiastic and personable. She took us to local places with less than 10 tables each, exactly the local feel we were hoping for. Each stop included wines and foods local to the area, again perfect for our group of 8 world travelers. We had plenty of time at each stop to enjoy the location, foods and beverages, and relax a bit before a leisurely stroll to the next stop. While the total tour was several hours, the vast majority of the time is spend in local places enjoying the wines and foods. Overall, this was a fantastic experience that was well worth the investment.

Lisbon!

Great six+ hours tour of the city. All the highlights. Our guide was very knowledgeable and flexible. Dyane came prepared to give us an introduction to Lisbon but unbeknownst to her we had taken a tuk tuk tour the day before (included in our hotel stay). She was able to shift things around and we had a fabulous time. She was an excellent driver and her English was perfect. We wish Dyane a wonderful career as a Viator guide.

Great tour!

We had a great time on this tour. Ricardo was guide and he was absolutely fabulous! He took extra time to make everyone in our party understood what he was saying. We went to two wineries, one very large and one small. We enjoyed both, but Assis Lobo was the best. It was very nice to have a small intimate tasting with the owners of the winery. We then had a fantastic lunch at a local restaurant. The seafood was fantastic. We throughly enjoyed every moment of this tour. I would highly recommend it.

The best tour in Lisbon with Diago

Diego was the best tour guide to tour Lisbon. He took us to all the places we requested plus more than we expected. He answered any questions we asked, took his time to give us details about all the places. As the day progressed we ended up in a beautiful park where we people watched enjoying a leisurely afternoon with their families while we had a cool soda. That was the best to end a beautiful day in Lisbon.
