    Exceptional

    Emily_H, Dec 2025
We really enjoyed our Olympic National Park tour with Ryan Si. He was extremely knowledgeable about literally everything along the way, during the time in the park, and on the way back and this experience was worth every penny for our time in seattle . He was also just a great and humble guy overall. He talked on the microphone in the van for the majority of the time and was easy to hear and made the experience fun and easy as we sat back and he explained everything and led us on the hike and various viewing areas. He showed us so many points of interest from the van. The experience was captivating for the whole time. He not only told us about the park but about Seattle also. From the time we were picked up until the time we were dropped back at our hotel (0730 to 1800), it was a great experience. He was very patient with everyone, made sure we had bathroom breaks, and gave us snacks and drinks. The sandwich was literally one of the best sandwiches I have had. We couldn't go to one area due to weather and he easily improvised. We really enjoyed going to Paulsbo on the way back for an hour of shopping. We loved the scenery in the park and enjoyed going to the lodge for lunch and enjoyed going on the ferry , lake crescent, and the waterfall hike. His knowledge made for an enjoyable and relaxing day that we won't forget! He was an AMAZING guide!!!

2 great hikes with different terrains

    Connie_G, Oct 2025
2 great hikes, very different terrain. Hurricane Ridge has amazing mountain views and could even see Canada. Lake Crescent was through woods that reminded us of the Ewok Village. Alvin was our driver and gave us local information throughout the trip. While that was appreciated, I do think Alvin needed to just worry about driving more than anything else. It was a bit nerving at times. Be advised, it is an ALL day trip with alot of time in the van. The ferry ride was very cool and had great views of Seattle.

Long drive from Seattle but still Beautiful

    Julane_A, Jul 2025
Long bus and ferry ride to Olympic National Park. Crescent Lake was beautiful as was Hurricane Ridge. Driver provided me with a nice gluten free lunch. To my surprise I enjoyed Olympic better than Mt Ranier. More scenic and prettier. If only have time for one do Olympic.

    bad experience

    NorlyZulay_M, Jul 2025
On july 13 2025 , I participated in one of your tours that included round-trip ferry transportation. However, on the return trip, the driver informed us that there was traffic and suggested we get off and take the ferry on our own. We asked if we could use the tour ticket, but he said no — that we had to pay for the ferry ourselves. In the end, we paid for the ferry again. However, the tour van boarded the same ferry shortly after, and there were no other cars left waiting in line, showing there was no significant delay as we were told. I find it very disappointing and unprofessional that we had to pay again for something that was already included in the package. he

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you have experienced during the transfer between the ferry. We highly value your feedback and would like to provide a detailed explanation regarding the issues you mentioned in order to clarify the situation. In response to your statement that there is no congestion: This is because the previous ferry left on time after reaching full capacity, and the next ferry has not yet started ticketing. No traffic congestion was observed as all vehicles were temporarily halted at the ticket counter due to arrangements in the port management process. As a result, the guide did not provide false information about the traffic jam. Regarding the fee: The ferry fare for your trip is already included in the group rate, and no additional payment is required. There were also clear signs on the spot: free. If you still have any questions about the fee, we can send you the relevant voucher via email for further verification. Finally, we sincerely thank you for your valuable suggestions. We are committed to continuously optimizing all aspects of management and coordination and strive to provide every traveler with a smoother, more comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

It takes hours from Seattle but the Washington state scenery is beautiful. Hurricane Ridge is really stunning, a panorama of mountains-just gorgeous! Lake Crescent is much larger than I expected. Another highlight was a hike through the rainforest on the way to a waterfall. Ryan our guide was friendly and made sure everyone was enjoying the trip. A traffic backup at the ferry terminal caused us to drive a different way home, which was a bonus as we saw Mt. Rainier up close and personal. This excursion did not return to Seattle until after 8 PM, so don't plan anything afterward. But I had been wanting to go to Olympic N.P. for years, and it was a wonderful adventure into nature.

    Unpleasant experience

    9zpghhn9yw, Jun 2025
The experience was a disaster! We booked a small group tour, but traveled with large group as 40people. The lunch was supposed to be provided which they haven’t. They informed last minute about that. It was stressful for us to arrange the lunch for the trip as we aren’t local. The guide wasn’t attentive. At lake crescent he took us to the hike and we as non himers were slow. He just left us at the top of the waterfall. We couldn’t enjoy Lake crescent as time was tight. We left from Lake crescent at 4:15pm and dropped off at Seattle central library at 8:17pm. We were supposed to be back via ferry, but they took us via road. With so many hassle, the trip wasn’t worth it at all.

    Response from Host, Jun 2025

    Olympia National Park Tour

    Karen_B, Feb 2025
It was a beautiful walk near Crescent Lake to see the falls. The temperate rainforest trail is not easy but moderate. Lots of stairs with high incline. Would suggest a two-day tour to see more of park. We saw just a sliver of what Olympia offers. Tony our guide was very helpful!

    We took this tour on...

    Parul_P, Jan 2025
We took this tour on January 3rd and the weather was really bad, so we won’t judge the stops that were covered. We were happy with the sites we saw and I’m sure they would be even more amazing on a clear day. There are a few things to be aware of before booking this tour: 1. The Viator listing states that water, lunch, and a snack will be provided. However, we were told on the ferry ride that we would need to purchase our own lunch and we would be refunded $10/person. This was a huge misrepresentation as we could have purchased our own lunch, based on our own liking, as opposed to being limited to the pricier options on the ferry. Water was available, but there was no snack offered. 2. The tour operator sent us a text message providing tour details after the cancellation period had past. The message also told us to be “prepared with $12 per person as service fee for the day”. No such service fee is mentioned on the Viator listing. When we inquired about the fee, we never received a response to our text. Having received the message so late, we did not have the option to make any changes. He even announced at the end of the tour to keep the $12/person service fee ready. This was a very sneaky way to “request” a tip. 3. This is not your typical tour where you’ll get information about significant history related to the area. The tour guide was informative, but only provided some information occasionally. Most of the driving part of the tour was done in silence. We got more information through questions we asked. 4. After our pickup, the tour guide/driver started his narration in a different language, other than English. The Viator website mentioned the tour is offered in English, so the narration starting off in another language through us off and we thought we had booked the wrong tour. After questioning the guide about it, we were told that he will repeat everything in English. Overall we weren’t happy with the misrepresentation, miscommunication, and the lack of detailed narration during the tour.

    Response from Host, Jan 2025

Dear Guest, Our apologies for not provide you a perfect experience, We are sorry for the misunderstanding. 1. The tour guide took into account that you are vegetarians and did not note this in the order. He was worried that the prepared meals would not meet your requirements, so he took the initiative to refund the meal fee. 2. We are sorry that the tour guide sent you the wrong information. We have warned the tour guide to read carefully before sending the information next time. It should be emphasized that tips are always suggested and will not be forced to be paid by any customer. 3. We have asked the tour guide to explain more and prepare more background knowledge. 4. This itinerary is indeed an English tour. But considering the customer experience, if we meet some foreign customers on the tour and the tour guide happens to speak this language, we will explain it to the customers again.

    Olympic National Park Winter Tour

Olympic National Park was spectacular. We were able to go up to Hurricane Ridge to see all of the mountains covered in snow. Our guide was very patient with the long wait times to get into Hurricane Ridge.
