This was the best part of our trip to Seattle. Kevin our guide was fantastic, I would ask for him, if possible. His knowledge and humor were great. We were able to get in a couple bonus stops. The hikes were amazing, and the views were stunning. We saw wildlife, waterfalls and a beautiful lake, all up close. The pickup and drop off was seamless. We would highly recommend this tour with this company. Well worth it if you don't have much time to see Olympic NP on your own.

Excellent day with Kevin. Pick up easy , introduced himself and was very easy to talk to . Very knowledgeable about the area. Gave us time to explore but also made sure we were back to ferry on time. Loved everything we did.

It was a nice experience, we had a few short hikes to the hill top viewpoint and through a rainforest. I met many new friends, overall I had a very good time there. The tour guide was very good, only thing to improve is the communication with all traveller in the group.
The itinerary mentioned here has a lot of 'alternative spots' which is very confusing! We could not cover many spots mentioned in the itinerary due to 'lack of time'.

First and foremost, Kevin was exceptional! He had so many cool details and history surrounding Olympic. I’m always intrigued about history, myths and legends, but the mountains, rivers, lakes, forests and just the overall landscape completely left me in awe. One of the most special places I have ever visited. Thanks to Kevin and this tour more people can experience Olympic very comfortably and conveniently. Everything was more than I could have expected or dreamed. Thank you from the depths of my heart, it meant so much to see this special place and to meet great, like minded people along the way.

Great guide and great experience overall! Olympic National Park is huge, so this was a perfect one day itinerary. Our guide Kevin was interesting and I felt he chose our schedule based on what are group was interested in and based on the weather.

Kevin was an amazing tour guide. The drive was very smooth despite the weather and road bumps here and there. Also, many stories were provided, anecdotal and historical which gave everyone a better connection to the areas we visted. The hikes, views, and nature was beautiful and very simple hikes that most people can do as well. The pit stops were plentiful which was also very appreciated, and overall, I had a ton of fun.

We had an amazing time on our Olympic National Park trip. Our guide Kevin was fantastic. He is so knowledgeable, friendly and full of passion for the park. He shared lots of interesting stories about the history, wildlife and secret spots. His energy kept everyone excited all day.
The route was beautiful and really well planned. We saw lush rainforests, breathtaking mountain views and the dramatic Pacific coastline all in one day. Every stop felt relaxed and well chosen and we never felt rushed. This trip is such an easy way to experience the park’s incredible diversity without worrying about planning.
I would recommend Kevin and this trip to anyone visiting Olympic National Park.

Full day Olympia National Park tour with our guide Kevin! The views were absolutely spectacular and our tour guide was great at giving us fun facts and anecdotes along the way. There are some decent hikes along this tour so be ready to walk! Tour guide was great at providing multiple restroom breaks which is always appreciated. Would recommend 100%

Was a learning opportunity, for sure! Kevin was a very good guide and driver, as has been noted in some of the prior reviews. There is a lot of walking, though it was not obligatory. Learned so much!

We did two tours with Customized Tours this week. One to Olympic National Park and one to Mount Rainier. I think any tour with this company will be of high quality. They hire smart personable people with lots of knowledge about the particular area and good skills on how to safely run a tour. Kevin has a great personality and was able to create a good group adventure. My wife and I are both in our mid 70s and we were able to do all the activities of the tour. I really appreciated that Kevin was flexible with the itinerary. Because the tide was high we chose to do the salmon cascade rather than the beach. It was amazing to see the salmon jumping the cascade.

Thank goodness we had Kevin as our guide ( Rumor has it, Sven isn't very good.) He had great stories about MANY legends and historical facts. Kevin is legendary in his own right. He took our input and choose which sights were best for us to see. He was knowledgeable and kept our interest throughout the tour. Thanks for a great trip! FYI.. There are long stretches of riding in the van between stops. Wear layers and you might want to bring a few snacks.

Kevin is an amazing tour guide and the best tour guide experience of my life. He has a lot of trivia knowledge of the location and shares many quips throughout the journey. He is a great and accomplished driver as well - covered everything and brought us back earlier too! There are plenty of stops to grab food and snacks on the way with picture perfect views from the bus.

Had the absolute best day in Olympic National Park with Kevin! He was such a great tour guide - funny, chilled and super easy to get along with. We got some amazing views at the beach, lake and mountain stops. I loved that we got to see such a variety of nature. The hikes were fun, the mountain one was short but a bit steeper but still doable for everyone. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a one day tour of Olympic park.

I’m a local that wanted to go to the park with a group. Very happy I decided to go. The tour was so much fun! Laughed my whole way through. We got a bit of everything.. the beach, the lake, the mountains.. the hike, the ferry, the drive, the sandwich (buy it it’s good). And cherry on top.. the guide (Kevin) made it a great experience! The whole experience was awesome! Kevin was great! He was right on time picking us up from our hotel and the tour was flawless. We absolutely loved all of the places he took us to as well as all of his stories and fun facts. We got lots of breathtaking photos and a really great workout too!

This was a fantastic excursion! Be prepared for a 12+ hour day that includes hiking with some parts of the hike being a bit steep but otherwise mostly flat. The views and landscape were absolutely beautiful. Our guide was Joel - he was friendly, personable, extremely knowledgeable, and he worked very hard to ensure we had a great day. Our group included 4 older teens and they loved this tour as well. It was nice to relax and have someone else do the driving as well. We really enjoyed ourselves and I highly recommend this tour!

Kevin was a good tour guide. He prepared and had cold water for us through out the tour. He made sure there was time made for pictures and bathroom stops. Unfortunately, we did not get to visit the Elwha River but every other place we stopped at was breathtaking!!
I would buy the sandwich. They are amazing!
Make sure to bring a sweater, it’s cold at the beach stop. Just an FYI, the Hurricane Ridge hike has a lot of heights to it.

Kevin was an excellent guide. The trip lasted about 13 hours, but was broken up with good storytelling, beautiful stops for amazing scenery and restroom breaks for the coffee drinkers ;) Kevin made sure everyone was together and kept a nice manageable pace. There were 2 hikes that required a little change in elevation, but nothing too strenuous — just the right amount to break up the bus ride segments. I highly recommend the trip (and Kevin) if you would like to experience tide pools, forests and mountains!
