Wonderful and fun way to travel from Seattle to Victoria. Easy check in at Seattle terminal and easy to follow departure instructions when getting off ferry in Victoria. The caption explained sights along the way and even pointed out a pod of whales, slowed down so we could take pictures. Fun trip

Mistakenly booked a one way trip when we already had a RT. Called with the error within a couple hrs and Viator agent had absolutely no solution but to charge us twice for the one way. ( additional $337).
We’ll never do business w Viator again.

Loved how the ferry slowed to observe the whales on our way to Victoria. The ride was comfortable and it was nice that they provided nausea assist.
Beautiful scenery and pleasant staff

It was comfortable, easy and full service. Started in Victoria, to the ferry, to Vancouver and they dropped us where we needed to go. I really appreciated the Connector

Cool experience, similar to airlines, we were 35 minutes late to leave. This was unfortunate, but overall a neat experience. A bit more info on prepping for departure would be helpful

We didn’t realize there was an economy option below, but our experience was worth the extra money! We were on the top level with assigned seats. Getting on and off the vessel was super easy and the views were fantastic. The staff, one in particular upon entering Canada, were super knowledgeable with great tips about what to do and see!

Comfortable and relaxing (3 hours) ferry ride. On board service was excellent. Views from the ferry were beautiful.

They run things very well (on time!) and the ride is so pleasant. If you can afford it, I would recommend going Comfort Class. Free snacks and better view.
The food is okay. Nothing to write home about but pre-packaged and edible. Staff is very attentive and helpful.

It was a great experience for all of us. Good service and excellent staff and ferry.
We would like to come back in future.
Thank you team.

Viator is a professional company to deal with. I had questions on our booking and they were
more than helpful with all questions. The boarding and trip itself went very smoothly. Followed
their advice to arrive an hour early! Definitely a good idea. The crew of the Ferry were professional and friendly. Their focus was passenger service. The ferry itself is easy to
negotiate, the windows large so you have a good view for the entire trip. Food service
was available. Definitely recommend.

Very well planned after the first boo boo of the ferry getting cancelled one day before .Not informed well.
AMIN_L, May 2024
Our ferry got cancelled yesterday and we were constantly getting reminder to go to the ferry station ( though it was cancelled). We were not sure what to believe. We had to overstay one day in Seattle and now we will have one less day in Victoria.

Punctual and professional transfer. Viator information indicated one large suitcase allowed but failed to note weight limit of 50 lbs.

This was my first time on a ferry like this. It was much different than I thought - in a good way. It was interesting to learn about the different types of seating. I didn’t have a good picture in my head of what I was purchasing, but now after experiencing the trip, I know what I would like to purchase the next time. The seating and bathroom were clean. Service was excellent and respectful.

A great way to travel to Victoria BC from Seattle . We had a very foggy morning, a little disappointing but could not be changed . Price to pay for check luggage should be in price of ticket which was a little high we thought . Didn't need " ESTA " entering Canada by sea on an overseas Passport according to the agent at the Border Control ????

Facile et très agréable. Belle façon d'entrer au Canada.
