    Tour guide was a no show!!

    Triple check your reservation! We made reservations at midnight, for the next morning. Received confirmation, paid, and nobody showed up. When I messaged them, I received a message saying they didn’t know there was a tour?? And then refunded me, no I’m sorry?? No how can we make it up??

    They booked us and didn’t cancel till 1/2 hour after tour would have started. We had no idea there were no tours on St. Patrick’s Day.

    We canceled all tours well before St. Patrick’s Day. It was impossible to give tours that day. You need to check your email next time.

    Tour guide was a no show and had zero notice no communication. Ruined our ability to find another tour. Horrible service. Will have to fight for a refund. They never showed up!
