We had a nice time on the boat, all of the staff were the best. The food was ok, not bad or not great…the fried chicken and desserts were excellent. Our only complaint is that the window we sat by was extremely hazed, which made it difficult to see through. There are a few windows that desperately need to be replaced. We still recommend the ride to all who visit Savannah.

This was a great value for the money. The tour was well narrated. The food buffet was a quality spread and tasty. Our waitress Lucy was responsive and very polite. I highly recommend this excursion.

Terrible food. Don't book a luncheon or dinner. Just go sightseeing, you cannot get a window table booking through a Viator. To get a window table they will try to charge $25 per person on board.

It was fantastic! Great riverboat, friendly staff and really good food for a little Southern cuisine experience. The lunch far exceeded our expections and there were a lot of choices... from fried chicken to shrimp and grits, all the fixins and even two choices for dessert with drinks and coffee included. We would highly recommend this experience to anyone on a getaway to Savannah ; ) Thanks much.

The experience is great! The food was very tasty, buffet style. The staff were friendly. There is a bar. Couldn’t really hear the narrator because we sat in the back. Photos are taken before you board. Overall great experience!

The Georgia Queen was a very nice boat. Bathrooms were clean, the dining room was clean. The buffet was absolutely delicious. Fried chicken, Mac&cheese, collard greens, sweet potato casserole was amazing. The site-seeing on the river cruise were not all that great, not much to see, but overall it was a nice relaxing experience.

Lunch was excellent! My favorite was the sweet potato soufflé and collards.
Part of the tour goes past an old fort. As we went by the cannon was fired. My twelve year old thought that was one of the best parts of the tour - other than the peach cobbler, of course. The cruise has a little something for everyone. Great family experience!

A very Savannah experience on the Georgia Queen Riverboat Cruise. Ask for a table near the window at least in the main dining room. There were 10 of us and originally assigned to like a corner room area w/o a window. They were nice to move us to the center of the DR near the food. Great service, many drink choices! Hard to hear the narration in the DR but clear when you’re on the deck. Fun & Enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Was able to find parking on River Street, which I would recommend locating first. The food was really good, which I would recommend a cruise with a meal instead of only a cruise.

Get on the boat earlier than the departure time to give yourself time to eat before the cruise starts. The captain/narrator was amazing! He was very passionate about his city and full of amazing and entertaining stories and information. The food selection was good and plentiful and the service was great! Definitely worth the experience!

It was an amazing trip. Everyone is so kind. You get to experience the riverfront of savannah like you never have before. The food was incredible, not just some of it. All of it was so good. The narrator was very good. Lot's of great information that kept things very interesting and fun. I would highly recommend this cruise for everyone all ages.

We really love the lunch cruise. The food was delicious. Such a variety of food. The customer service and food were excellent. Depending what time of the year you are going, bring a hooded jacket or rain poncho.

We enjoyed it. The food was not good. The greens was not done. The green beans had no seasoning. The mac & cheese had a different taste than mac & cheese. The only thing that I ate was good was the chicken and the potato casserole and I had a group of 20 people, and we all said the same thing.

It is a very nice riverboat We went on the luncheon cruise. The food was mediocre and the wait staff was also. The tour guide was excellent, he really knew a lot about Savannah history.
