Tacos spiritual guide

Greatest experience of San Diego and it's different influences on tacos, tour guide was informative, entertaining and a great driver! Bus was clean and had A/C, tinted windows as well, so doesn't feel like a fish bowl. Over great family experience! Be prepared to eat!

I’m very frustrated with the experience I had with this tour. I’ve done many food tours in the past, and they always included the food. This tour was just a guy driving us around to 3 different places where we had to order & buy the food. We could have very easily googled the best taco spots in San Diego, and driven ourselves from place to place. That would have saved us $150. Also, it was nearly impossible to find out where to meet the tour operator. I sent 3 messages through Viator, one text message to the guy’s phone number, and left 2 voicemail messages. He finally called me back about 5 minutes before the tour was scheduled to start. There was nothing on the Viator app or our confirmed ticket about where to meet. Very unprofessional.

My apologies for not responding to the multiple phone messages that you had left. I was unaware that the meeting location was not located on the ticket as I have not had any problems in the past. As far as the food not being included, I do that so that our customers can order what they want. I don’t want to pigeon hole people into eating something they may not enjoy. I do give my personal recommendations and hope that helps our customers decide on what to eat. I appreciate the honest review and will take action with the issues that you had.
