Worst experience ever!

This was the worst thing I ever booked or bought. First of all it should say in the title that this is not a guided tour and does not involve a guide. I tried to cancel the day before and they would not let me even though it said it was refundable the day before. There was no time indicated for the tour but because it was after 8 am they refused a refund. So we went ahead and tried it since we had paid for 4 people. Awful narration, terrible instructions…it kept telling us to turn and take the “ramp” there were no ramps anywhere around. We got lost twice. Almost no historical information. We could have found more on our own with Wikipedia. The narrator indicated multiple times that some of the buildings we were in front of were able to be entered and visited but they were not. Really sad that this is being sold. I would never purchase this again. False advertising in my opinion. Also the first 3 codes we were given did not work and it took a while to finally get a working code. Very very poor.
