Drive a GoCar around San Diego's Point Loma area on this self-paced tour. No need for a tour bus or a taxi; you and your party aboard a touring car will follow a GPS route designed to show you the highlights. Depart Old Town and head for Liberty Station, the Cabrillo National Monument, Point Loma ecological preserve, Sunset Cliffs, and the Ocean Beach neighborhood.

What an amazing way to see San Diego. We drove all the way to Point Loma Lighthouse just by following the gps prompts. The historic stories were a bonus. We had so much fun we went out again and did the Coronado loop.

Nice time great views. Easy to drive. Your on the road with regular traffic. Its a small motor and does ok on the road and hills but its smaller cc motor. No reverse so you might have to push it from a parking spot, not too heavy.

Glad you had a good time and enjoyed the views—San Diego really shows off from behind the wheel of a GoCar. They’re surprisingly easy to drive, and while the motor is small, it handles city streets and most hills pretty well. Being out on the road with regular traffic is part of the adventure, and you're right—parking takes a little planning without reverse, but the car’s light build makes it manageable. A fun and different way to explore the city at your own pace.

The military sectors were plesent and beautiful, just beware the yellow go cars are really small and fast, if you're tall, try the $15 up grade to the much bigger faster and Electric models
