Roads were a bit bumpy, and lots of potholes on the way to the ferry. Once on Coronado the ride and tour were lovely/

Thanks for your feedback! We hear you on the bumpy roads—some parts of the city definitely have their fair share of potholes, especially on the way to the ferry. That said, we’re really glad to hear that once you reached Coronado, you enjoyed the ride and the scenic tour. It’s one of the most beautiful areas in San Diego, and cruising through it in a GoCar is a truly unique experience. We hope the smooth streets and stunning views there made up for the rough patches along the way!

This was WRONG

We were totally misinformed about this tour. We were told that we were to meet at ferry. Unfortunately when we got to our meet location that we had to travel some 25 minutes on main roads and highways to get to the Island. This was not something my wife and I were willing to risks as seniors in our 70’s. We tried a different tour in a Gocar but this turned out to be a disaster. We should in all fairness get a full refund but thus far the Viator customer support is useless. Ugh

Coronado or Bust

Although the staff was friendly and the guided scooters run well, what they don't tell you is you should probably get to your appointment at least a half hour early because you have to sign in and do a safety run through. This company does not control the ferry even though in the add they make it look like you just hop on, you actually have to take like a 5 mile ride first down to the harbor and if there is to many people waiting for the boat to Coronado you then must wait for the next. If you have little experience on a street scooter this can be a little scary as you have to navigate through heavy traffic quite a bit.
