Rory was an excellent tour guide. Went to various spots that had historical influence. He knew a wealth of information and answered our questions.

We’ve never been to Salem, so this was a super way to kick off the trip! Our group was small, which I greatly prefer to one of those groups of 20, giving us a more intimate experience. Our guide knew so much! He had really researched every story and legend himself so he was even able to tell us which legends were true, or add details that other people didn’t have in their tours/histories. Really fun!

Everything just was amazing! Our tour guide was awesome! I felt like I learned a lot more things on this tour then I would have any other! And seeing salem at night was truly magical

The man leading the tour had no microphone so we could barley hear anything he was saying. He also walked away to fast. My 70 year old mother who uses a cane could not keep up and we ended up being separated from the group twice.

Rory is a wealth of knowledge on all things Salem! My boyfriend and I definitely learned and laughed a lot. I even just bought 2 of his books that I can’t wait to read!!
This tour was the highlight of our short time in Salem as it was the only thing that fully immersed us in the history of the town — beyond just the witch trials of 1692.
It was also really interesting hearing Rory’s perspective on things since he himself has been a resident of Salem for quite a while.
The magic lantern aspect of the tour truly helped it stand out from other options. As someone who definitely is more of a visual learner, seeing pictures as Rory was speaking helped me absorb the information much better.
Also, the group size is much more intimate than most other tours I saw while in Salem, which makes for an overall more enriching experience!
This tour gives you so much value for the money, and in my opinion is a can’t-miss Salem night tour.

Houdini stories!!! Never heard those before. Our guide was very informative. Loved the images that were projected on the brick walls and sidewalks of Salem.

A perfect tour for any season you are in Salem. Our guide was not only well versed in the history of the witch trails, but also educated in the history of Salem an the people who inhabited it though out time.

We've been to a LOT of the Salem tours, and this one was very unique. The content was different than the standard fair-kind of a macabre town history, but not stuck on the Witch trials. The host was funny and kept the pace well. Highly recommend!
