I have been on many boats in my life and this was truly one of the best experiences. The Malabar was stunning, the crew was amazing, and the views around the Salem harbour were spectacular. The history of the vessel was fascinating and Captain Seth answered everyones questions with such knowledge and passion. Not to mention the dark and stormies they made us were really delicious. This was the perfect way to spend my husband and my anniversary. I would 10/10 reccomend this experience.

This is a peaceful voyage around Salem Harbor. There is no narration, no "historical tour" simply the chance to see the serene beauty of the harbor and to relax on a schooner under sail.
Crew was fantastic. It was an amazing experience to go sailing on a schooner and to be out on the ocean with no engine noise or exhaust, no wake from a propeller, experiencing sailing as it has been done for centuries and millennia before the modern era. Truly a relaxing and a must-do life experience. I highly recommend it and would live to do it all over again myself!
Fabulous! This experience far exceeded my expectations. The captain and crew were fantastic. It was fascinating watching how they brought the sails up and down, and how they navigated. They even let some volunteers help if they wanted to. The two hour cruise went so smoothly. I am definitely going to come back next summer!
The crew was friendly and hospitable and the ride was fun! Just the right amount of time. If going on an outing in September you may need a light jacket!
We had an excellent time. The crew were knowledgeable and engaging, and made the excursion a lot of fun.
We had such a wonderful time sailing with the crew on the When and If! We sailed on a windy day, which really helped us to see the skill and care the team took to insure a safe and fun experience for us all. The views were absolutely beautiful, and each member of our family had a fantastic time.
This was so much fun and very relaxing! Make sure to bring a jacket because it gets chilly on the water, and maybe a hat/beanie.
Amazing crew- very adept at handling the boat and sails. Felt confident we were safe the entire time even with the amount of wind that was coming in. Fantastic bar. Would do it again
Incredible, captain was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. His staff poured great drinks and kept them flowing. He also made sure a bachelorette party had the opportunity to do an epic photo op at the helm of the boat. And was diligent about watching out for the safety of all aboard.
The Crew was very good at keeping the ship and everyone onboard safe. They made everyone feel welcomed and answered all our questions. Gave us excellent instructions at the beginning to the end of our trip. The crew took time to share their experiences with sailing that made the trip more exciting. Our whole family enjoyed the sailing trip and would recommend it for your family time together. To the Crew thank you for the great experience.
E went out on the water with the crew on an exceptionally beautiful day The crew was knowledgeable and helpful. I have some mobility challenges and they made sure I could get on and off the boat safely. They offered to have people help hoist the sails. If we had questions about landmarks, they answered them. The drinks were well made. The crew members took time to talk to us and find out about our interests. Overall it was a relaxing 2 hours and quite a pleasant way to spend an afternoon!!

Crew is friendly. Drinks are not free but they dont tell u that. It appears to be free. Beatiful day and great wind.

This sail is a very relaxing and refreshing experience. The crew is excellent, very welcoming, warm, friendly and easy going, just the way it should be:). The yacht was clean and they had blankets for us as it was a chili August afternoon on the water. I will definitely love to do it again and recommend anyone to do this activity!

This was a great addition to our time in Salem. Seth and his crew were very welcoming and we had a very relaxing sail. The kids loved learning about the boat and helping to raise the sails. Highly recommend this trip!
Great boat, the staff were all very kind, informative and fun. The drink choices at the bar were more than we expected. We had a very nice and relaxing time. I would highly recommend this trip.
What a beautiful ship and amazing crew! My sister and two nephews had such a wonderful afternoon aboard. The youngest (9) was especially obsessed with going below deck to use the latrine, while the eldest (14) took many photos and videos. We had a wonderful time. Salem harbor is such a gem.
We absolutely loved this trip, it is a wonderful experience for visitors to the city of Salem. The ship is beautiful and the captain and crew were excellent. Highly recommend, good value for the money!
The crew was excellent and Seth our captain was amazing with my nieces they keep talking about how cool he was. It was the highlight of there trip. Barbara and JP made amazing drinks and manning the boat . Well worth the money and your time on vacation. Would definitely do it again.
Gorgeous historic boat out for a sunset sail with drinks in a lovely harbor. You really shouldn’t make people type a minimum that’s lame I almost cancelled the review but it really was a good sail

This is a relaxing sail with beautiful views of the shoreline. The crew was very friendly and personable. Although this is a historic ship, this is not a history excursion. It is truly a relaxing, enjoyable time on the water.
The website made me book a child. I couldn't chose "0" for children.
Everything else was great. The staff were knowledgeable and the cruise was great.
Very friendly crew and they are very good to the passengers always checking in on you asking if you need anything. It was a great experience and we will do it again.
We were on a sunset cruise, got a dazzling sunset, some perfectly crafted cocktails, and a smooth cruise out to the Atlantic! Highly recommend!
