This tour was just okay for us. I was a little bored to be honest. This tour was about the witch trials which I was very interested in, but the tour guide got off topic way too often and I lost interest very quickly. I felt like he talked more about other things instead of the witch trials and Salem in general. Wasn't worth the money spent. Maybe with another tour guide you may have a different experience.

Jeffrey was the best tour guide. Passionate and knowledgeable and engaging. He was funny and entertaining but the tour was still honest and he didn't shy away from the darker side of the story.

Im guess that my "opinions" of them targeting minority, disenfranchised, or disabled individuals (being an enslaved woman, an unhoused woman, or a bedridden woman with gout), or how the concept of in-group/out-group and religious extremism played a factor? Maybe?

The tour did not provide info we don’t already know. The tour doesn’t not give access to any buildings. Just a walk thru alleyways. Guide wasn’t engaging with attendees. Just spouting off facts already known if you have ever heard of Salem.

Awwww, a know it all. Please explain to me how the extreme weather conditions and the conflicts between the Puritans and the indigenous peoples, who's land had been stolen played a factor into the Witch Trials. Or maybe how the idea of a "witch" as outlined in the Malius Malicarfum, or King James Demonology coupled with a belief and fear of the belief in devil shapes the Puritans world view.
Also, its a walking tour and in the description of the ticket you bought it says we do hot have access to any buildings.

They should stay away from this tourist trap …. Crowds , lack of parking , inability to visit areas , long lines for food …… traffic !
