    Stunning Sistine Chapel

    elizabethrando, Sep 2024
Monica was a terrific guide. She is very knowledgeable and shared stores of each statue and the ceiling. It was a marvelous experience and helped to have her point out info about everything. I also got to go into Vatican without any lines which was amazing as lines outside were very long.

    Thank you very much.

    Great tour

    Robin_L, Jul 2024
It was great . The tour guide was knowledgeable and experienced . This was our first time at these places so we needed to learn about them.

    Response from Host, Jul 2024

Thank you so much. It's our pleasure.

Our loss turns out to be a gain

    CHERI_Q, Jun 2024
We were late due to traffic and having to get an Uber driver. We missed our tour guide but still received our tickets for entry to places for us to visit. Worked out well in the end.

    Response from Host, Jun 2024

We try to do our best. Finally visited the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel, it's made us satisfied. Thank you for your review.

    Terrific Tour

    Cherron_I, May 2024
Fabrizio was wonderful. Passionate, knowledgeable and humourous. The Sistine Chapel was worth the wait.

    Response from Host, May 2024

    Thank you very much.

    Would not use this company

    Richard_R, May 2024
Guide talked softly, the Vatican tour was in the vehicle museum and a very quick undiscribed walk though another museum. Tour was only 2 hours but was supposed to be 3 hours, there was nothing concerning at Peter’s, it was there it is, your on your own. Would not use this company again.

    Response from Host, May 2024

We completed our tour as we promised. The Vatican Museums are busy always. We have to consider it. St. Peter's Basilica is not a guided tour. Only entry with our guide. Perhaps you didn't check the itinerary.

    Amazing tour

    Dan_O, Apr 2024
Everything was great our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us information that otherwise we would not have been able to get. The tour was amazing and again without our guide we would have missed so many.

    Response from Host, Apr 2024

    Thank you so much.

Great experience for short period of time!!

    Whitney_H, Jul 2023
My family and I took this tour in the morning before having to catch a flight. The tour was about 2.5 hours long, and we were able to cover so much ground in that time! We enjoyed going through the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter’s Basilica. Being able to skip the lines really helped with getting us through all the sites so quickly. The tour guide was also very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this tour to someone interested in touring Vatican City and short on time.

Thank you very much. It's our pleasure to make you happy. Hope we will meet again.

    Great 'highlights' tour.

    James_C, Jul 2023
We had an excellent tour. Keep in mind - this is a fairly 'quick' tour through a lot of material - so it is not a 'deep dive' of the Museum or Sistine Chapel. However we felt we had plenty of time to see the high points and get an overall view of the places. The last part of the tour, of St Peter's, is not a guided tour - you are left to tour on your own at your own pace. This was fine with us.

    Response from Host, Jul 2023

Thank you very much for your nice comments.

    Having guided access to...

    Brian_C, Jul 2023
Having guided access to the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel was an absolute necessity. Our guide did his best to move through the crowds but the amount of people on tours and on their own made it challenging to absorb it all in. Would recommend going as early as possible to try to avoid the huge crowds.

    Response from Host, Jul 2023

    Thank you very much. Appreciate.

Great guide but do all 3 to save time

    glenn_p, Jul 2023
Make sure to put exact address they give you into map. Ours looked like an ATM but it was guide office. Our guide was fantastic. We did the slip the line and thank goodness. But still crazy crowded in July. Overall a beautiful place and boom all three places it will save you time.

Thank you very much. It's our pleasure to make you satisfied.

    Hectic, packed

    Sandra_L, Jun 2023
Guide took our headsets way too early. She spoke when she knew we couldn’t hear in the back. She left the tour And didn’t make sure that everyone knew!! Didn’t ask us if we needed anything.

    Response from Host, Jun 2023

We are very sorry for this. In future we will develop our service. Thanks for your comments.

    Fantastic trip

    Dissapointed

    Tania M, May 2019
I booked two tours at the same time because my husband and I were traveling with another couple. My husband and I selected the tour in English and our friends selected the one in Spanish. When we arrived at the departure point, we realized that the tickets for the Spanish tour said German tour even though the confirmation emailed to me said it was the Spanish tour. My friends had to wait three hours until a Spanish guide was available and after they got a guide, they had to wait another half hour under the rain before entering the Vatican. My guide was very lively, but it was a little hard to understand her English. The radios worked very well. I felt overwhelmed and couldn't enjoy the Vatican, since you feel rushed through the museums and the Sistine Chapel, and it was extremely crowded. We enjoyed the Basilica a little more, since it is vastly impressive and we had time to walk at our own pace.

    Response from Host, Jun 2019

Hi, Tania, All traveler has to be present at the meeting point 20 minutes before departure. You were on time but your friends were not. We put them into next Spanish guide at 14.30. Monday and Saturday, Vatican is little bit busy always. If Monday is a rainy day then the Vatican security are very serious to control tourists umbrella, bags. Small size umbrella you can take inside the Vatican but big size are not, then you have to deposit it into store room. If there is a long security check line then we can't do anything. It's depend on the Vatican. And surly we have to follow the Vatican rule. To enjoy the Vatican you have chosen a wrong date and time. Monday 11.30 am Vatican is crazy.
