Cheap - but you get what you pay for!

Not helpful for Terravision to require a printed voucher... many people like us would only book this service while abroad. We were told it was 'company policy' to have tye printed voucher. Luckily we had checked beforehand and were able to use an Internet cafe to print it. However on giving the voucher to the terravision staff, there was no barcode to scan... She tried to call someone, got no reply fortunately she let us on the bus anyway. Maybe a barcode (like you get if booking direct) would be a good idea! Another young girl travelling on her own was not so lucky.... She was made to go off and get the voucher printed, and we left without her. The vehicle was old and shabby, lots of the seats were permanently reclined - Not comfortable for the person in the seat or the passenger behind. No air con so a very hot journey . No assistance with getting luggage into or out of the luggage hold, not great for older passengers. One passenger very helpfully had to climb deep into the cargo storage of the bus to retrieve everyones bags while staff just watched and made no effort to help.

Staff where helpful and informative, easy to use service. Can but tickets cheaper in the stations but then run the risk of not making your flight or unnecessary standing around at the airport waiting for a coach with space

Le transport c’est bien passé. Par contre impossible de trouver un point d’accueil pour faire l’échange des billets . Pourquoi les billets ne sont pas sur téléphone se serait beaucoup plus simple et on se prendrait moins la tête à chercher.

Die Scheiben waren beschlagen beim Einsteigen.Bus war übervoll und das in Zeiten von Corona.Gefühlte 40 Grad im Bus. Die Klimaanlage wurde erst bei Fahrtantritt eingeschaltet! Abfahrt erfolgte etwa 150 Meter entfernt vom geplanten Treffpunkt. Kurze Mail vom Veranstalter wäre hilfreich gewesen!
