Booking a private guided tour to the Batican Museums, Sistine Chapel & St. Peter’s Basilica is an absolute MUST! Especially when you have children in tow (we have a 12 year old and a 3 year old). Roberto was exceedingly wonderful!! He was knowledgeable, kind, patient and a pro at navigating the stroller/accessible access points to get around efficiently and smoothly. Initially we booked our tour for 8am and due to unforeseen circumstances had to get bumped to 12:30pm. I was very upset initially (because it was pushed around my toddler’s nap time and in the heat of the day). Luckily, it all worked out for the best surprisingly! It wasn’t as busy/packed and we were truly able to enjoy all of the sights and wonders. It was an incredible experience and we highly recommend that you request for Roberto as a private guide for your next tour to the Vatican, Sistine Chapel, St. Peter’s Basilica! Thank you so much for giving my family the opportunity to experience the Vatican, Sistine Chapel & St. Peter’s Basilica in an unforgettable way that we will cherish forever.

It is very difficult to get tickets to the Vatican. We couldn't risk it with a big family group so we bought this tour. It was well worth it as we didn't have to wait in any lines and had an expert tour guide for the Vatican.

This tour was incredible. Our tour guide, Chiarra, was very knowledgeable and helpful. There is so much to see. We loved having just our group of 5 on the tour. We wore headsets so we could hear her throughout the tour. We used elevators where we could to help accommodate one of our friends with mobility issues. Chiarra was always checking on her to make sure she had time to rest when needed. This is a fantastic tour to see the Vatican, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica and learn about all of them. Would definitely recommend this tour and Chiarra!

We learned so much from Silvio, our tour guide! He was extremely knowledgeable and was kind enough to still accommodate our full tour despite my mixup with the start time. Highly recommend this group for private tours! I also suggest picking an early time slot, as the Vatican gets extremely crowded the later you go. We picked the 8am start time and it was just starting to get packed around 8:30am.

Our private tour of the Vatican with Davido (David) was the ultimate experience for our family. David is an incredibly knowledgeable historian and overall cool guy to hang out with. He is very down to earth and broke down every single detail of the Sistine Chapel, the Vatican Museum, and St Peters Basilica for us in incredible detail, which we absolutely loved. He pointed out all the best art and sculptures so we didn't miss a thing and told us about the history of each one. You don't have to be Catholic to get something out of this tour. The art, sculptures, and architecture are truly breathtaking. You will feel like you have been transported to another time. The Vatican is overwhelming and not something you can see in its entirety in one day, but David made sure we got the most out of our half-day tour. If you love art and Roman history, you won't want to miss out on this experience with David.

Guide was late, started about 45 minutes late, then through the lines and interior wasn’t much to get to see. Tout also ended early. Guide was nice, but basic info. Have been on several tours this week and this was the least informative, but also given the timing not sure what elder we could have seen. For the price and only chance to see the Vatican in Rome very disappointed.

Tour guide Maria was FANTASTIC. Maria was bilingual, and enabled to keep our family together on a single tour. Maria quickly queued us through all the checkpoints, and rapidly got us to the areas where more explanations were needed. Maria took her time to explain so much of the museum, sistine ch, and the religious historical known facts surrounding the compound. Maria was excellent, and gave us some tips on where to eat after the lengthy walking tour that morning. We had a blast.... lifetime memories. Thanks so much Maria. Thanks so much

Sarah was superb; excellent. Sarah quickly gathered our small group through the lines, and arranged special transport up and down elevators. Sarah was certain to understand our specific needs, and was flexible for our group’s needs. We were so satisfied with our first visit to Rome & Coloseum. My wife and I toured the whole campus with Kiera (not sure of the spelling). She was an absolute wealth of knowledge! I feel bad because we had to cut the tour short to make our Coliseum tour, even though we had already gone over out Vatican tour time. She has been doing this for 20 years and you can tell. She knows all the other tour guides who often gave her first crack at particular sights. She even knew all the security guards. She upheld the rules and etiquette of viewing the chapel which really showed her respect for the sacred place. Definitely worth a private tour with her and I would highly recommend anyone to her.

Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job taking us through the Vatican and providing us with interesting information. He was also very accommodating to my mother’s difficulty managing all the steps. It was a very streamlined tour bypassing the long lines and as much of the crowds as possible-exactly what we wanted!
