Very disappointed

We and others in our tour were very disappointed in this tour. We booked a colosseum tour but they only took us outside of the colosseum and not inside. She only talked to us for less than one hour, definitely not worth the money. . We had to do the inside tour on our own. Also, the communication was terrible. I do not recommend this tour group.

We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment. Unfortunately, on the day of your tour, the Colosseum management cancelled a number of reservations at the last minute, including yours. This was completely beyond our control. Despite this, we made every effort to salvage the experience by providing an alternative guided tour around the area, so you could still gain historical context and make the most of your time. We understand this was not the experience you originally booked, and we truly regret the inconvenience caused.!
