Breakfast with Livia - food, culture and history

We had an excellent breakfast tour in Trastevere with Livia. It gave us the opportunity to try more authentic cafes and restaurants and allowed us to get our bearings in the area. We have already returned to two of her recommendations. She was a delightful host who gave us so many different recommendations, including day trips. We even popped into a church. It was lovely to meet and chat with someone brought up in the area and with a good historical knowledge. She explained more about the Jewish settlements and why Rome had such an early Jewish population… anyway it was a tour which was much for than breakfast. Thank you Livia.

My wife and I had a wonderful time as we saw the various parts of Trastevere. Our guide Natallia was very knowledgeable and patient with the group. We went to several locations all of which had wonderful food and importance to the local community. We would recommend to anyone interested! I only wish we would have done this sooner!
