My ticket didn't come through so I had to purchase a ticket at the fountains. The tucket at the fountains is €2
You won’t get a refund if you can’t attend. My son was taken ill so we didn’t get to use the tickets. I contacted them as soon as I could but was told the operator wouldn’t authorise a refund.

This is ‘skip the line’ buy in advance €2 ticket. Not sure why you have to click a time because it’s an open ticket so you can turn up whenever. We visited in August and went around 10, I was expecting huge crowds, there wasn’t. We skipped ahead of maybe 30 people and paid £23 instead of €8 Having been now I’m annoyed I bought this thinking it was getting an extra experience. Don’t bother. They don’t even charge before 9am.
