We had a wonderful time with Mario on our tour! He was great with a wide age range (9-75) and showed us so many beautiful places in Rome. Fabrizio, our tour guide, was great. The audio system in the car did not allow for participants sitting in the back to hear the narrative of what was being described. The gelato stop at the end of the tour added to the experience.. It was quite delicious too.

This is really a self guided tour. For the price, I thought I would get a lot more history and context at each Landmark instead, I was dropped off at each location to tour on my own and wonde, with a very little context and virtually no historical references explained
do your research on each place you’re going so you have a clue of what you’re looking at at most. I was told who created it and the year/years it was created and a very brief explanation of the landmark.

Fabriccio was an excellent driver and tour guide. He brought ys around to the places we wanted to see as well as the places he recommended for us to see. We were able to get good photos.
It was the right time to go on a golf cart tour of Rome. 7am was cool and breezy and not hot at all even in August.
We will recommend this ride to our friends and colleagues from the Philippines.

This was honestly fantastic. Francesco F used What’s app to let us know he was waiting outside our hotel for us. We were in Rome during the heatwave and I booked the tour the day we arrived. That was tough. Francesco picked us up and was truly perfect. We told him how tired we were and said we probably wouldn’t last the full 3 hours. He gave us a tour of the major sites and then also took us to his favorite gelato place. It was dreamy (and out of the way in a much more residential area). Thank you so much Francesco F. Can’t recommend this tour and Francesco enough. He also gave us another gelato place to go to and it was also sooo good!

The description states tour leader not tour guide. Our tour leader Alessandro drove us from site to site (4 in total) telling us some listed sites on the tour description weren't worth visiting. He dropped us off at the site and said come back when ready . He did not accompany us or tell us about the site we were visiting. Essentially a taxi for $450. When I contacted Bibi tours they stated he is a tour leader not a tour guide and so that's the experience they provide. Other companies we came across during our tour actually had tour guides. Alessandro didn't even have a speaker
/microphone to talk to us. We paid extra for a private ride which was totally useless as we could visit the itinerary listed by ourself for much cheaper then what they charge. When I advised the company of our experience , they felt they provided an appropriate experience.

What you describe bears little resemblance to what actually took place. Alessandro went above and beyond, giving you an overall perspective on each site while also leaving you time for photos and exploration — this is precisely the tour leader experience described at booking, and it's what other guests consistently praise him for, as you can see from our other reviews.
Your tour included 15 stops, confirmed by the GPS installed in the golf cart, not 4.
Days later you contacted us demanding a near-full refund, making clear that a negative review would follow if we didn't comply. We stand by the service delivered and even so, as a goodwill gesture we offered a partial refund, which you rejected as insufficient.
We're happy to address any genuine concern, but we won't accept a mischaracterization of the tour or of Alessandro's work.

Such a wonderful afternoon touring the city with our guide, Francesco. He was so knowledgeable and friendly and we were able to explore so much of the city in one afternoon. We arrived in Rome midday after an overnight flight with two kids (10 & 13) - and booked a 7pm private golf cart tour to help us shake off some sleepy eyes & get oriented with the city layout. I'm so glad we did! Our incredible tour guide Valerio studied archeology and shared his in-depth knowledge of each and every site along the way. He shared hidden gems of churches, tips on best places to eat and what not to miss while in Rome. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this as a must do while in Rome!

This is the best way to see Rome! We loved seeing and learning the history of the churches, buildings, fountains, architecture, and beautiful sights of Rome. We saw all of the top attractions plus beautiful landscapes! My husband and I thoroughly loved everything about this tour. Our tour leader was Mario and his love for Rome was felt through his enthusiasm and knowledge. Mario even helped with restaurant suggestions and helped with reservations at the end of the tour. This tour is a must do in Rome!

This was the perfect tour for us! I tire easily especially in the heat and I have some mobility issues that combined with the fact that we only had 24hours in Rome it was not only a great way to see the city and sights but our guide Fabrizio was fantastic! We loved our golf cart tour. We got to see so much in a short period of time. It was a good decision to do an evening tour as it had cooled off a bit and we got to see some sites at sunset. Francesco M was an informative and fun driver. He narrated what we saw and let us stop to pick up some drinks for the ride. He also gave us some good suggestions for gelato (The old Bridge gelato shop was fabulous) and restaurants. Thank you Francesco!!
