Nothing as they cancelled the tour and yet to refund me You would think they would refund instantly or offer you a different day

I am very sorry to read these types of reviews since I always put all my effort into what I do. First of all I have done the refund through the platform and Viator can confirm this. I apologized to the guest and I told 3 days before the experience that I was not able to do the tour due to an important and serious family problem.
