Max was amazing! Highly recommend this tour! He was very knowledgeable about the historic sites and gave great recommendations. Very communicative and was able to customize the tour for us.

3 hours before the tour was due to start I got a email saying that the tour was cancelled and no reason why. I also couldn’t reach anyone to help or even try to rebook so I had to find another tour on my own
It was great experience. We were able to see parts of Rome we would’ve never ventured to with great views. Highly recommend, especially after a few days of walking. Our driver was phenomenal!
We didn’t have very much time in Brown and it was the perfect way to see almost everything you’d wanna see in the city. We could maneuver in places for buses and regular cars couldn’t and the guide showed us different views and vantage points of many of the most spectacular sites.
We had the best time on our tour! Mauricio was super knowledgeable about everything we stopped at and he also took us to some extra places we hadn't seen. It was a great tour to see alot of Rome and we would definitely recommend it to anyone who is visiting.

This was actually a most unexpected wonderful surprise. Our guide was fun and accommodating, and spoke English very well. He made his way through the streets of Rome very efficiently and took us to all the major sites, including the forum, Palatine Hill, the Colosseum, the Vatican, the Spanish steps, etc. he was able to make stops wherever we desired and took us to wonderful Lookout points for pictures and gave us lots of time to walk around at all the sites. We truly enjoyed this tour and this particular guide, and would highly recommend this tour. They pick you up at your hotel and drop you off there as well for convenience. Rome was very hot and driving around in an open air golf cart with a breeze made the heat, tolerable and enjoyable. The tour was worth every penny.
This was our last experience before we left Rome. It was the best decision we made. The tour was excellent and all of us ages 12-74 fully enjoyed. Highly recommend

ZERO STARS. They took our $400, confirmed our reservation, and NEVER SHOWED UP.
We are in Rome for ONE DAY and planned our entire evening around this golf cart tour. We were outside our hotel at the scheduled pickup time and waited nearly 45 minutes.
I called. No answer.
I messaged. No answer.
I called again. No answer.
After nearly 45 minutes of being completely ignored, we finally gave up and went back to our room.
Then — AFTER our scheduled tour time had already passed — I finally received a text saying they were sorry, but they were booked up for the night and couldn’t honor our $400 reservation.
Unbelievable.
They knew they had our reservation. They took our money. Yet instead of notifying us in advance that they couldn’t accommodate us, they simply didn’t show up and ignored every attempt to contact them.
By the time they finally bothered to respond, it was nearly 10 PM, making it impossible to book another tour. We lost one of the only evenings we had in Rome because of their complete failure to communicate.
Overbooking can happen. What is unacceptable is taking someone’s money, failing to show up, ignoring their calls and messages, and only telling them afterward that you’re booked.
We can get our $400 back. We cannot get our evening in Rome back.
If you have limited time in Rome, do not risk your plans by relying on this company.
As first time visitors to Rome, we found the tour to be very helpful in orienting us to the city and helping us prioritize our time.
Wouldn’t have missed it for the world - my only regret is not scheduling it sooner. Our guide Marco was knowledgeable, positive and made it a wonderful experience.
Most untrustworthy service Provider in Italy!!!! Our booking was confimed, we attend meeting point at Midnight...they never showed up....did not answer their phones...no messages...nothing!! Only to let as know the next day that the operator was unavailable and that they will refund us..... they did not even offer to pay our taxi cost from the hotel to the meeting point!!! Pathetic..... worst exoerience in Italy....NO Communication!! Only that they will refund....which refund is still not done!!!!! Be alert.....
Massimiliano was extremely knowledgeable about the history and the buildings as he drove us around Rome in a very comfortable golf cart. He was extremely accommodating, stopping when we wanted to look at something or letting us out for photos. I highly recommend him. In fact, my friends asked for his information so they could use him again during their stay. We were able to see way more of the city than we would have been able to do on foot. I highly recommend this tour.
It was good while it lasted but our trip was cut short because the police stopped our driver and he didn’t have the original paperwork to show who owned the golf cart. We sat and waited for over an hour and a half at one of the sites and the owner still hadn’t shown up with the paperwork so we decided to skip the rest of the tour and walk back to our hotel. Alex was our driver and he was nice and told us about the city but something seemed off with this company.
Our three-hour tuk-tuk tour of Rome with Cristiano was absolutely wonderful! From the very beginning, he was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to be around. He shared so much history and fascinating information about Rome, but did it in such an engaging and entertaining way that the time simply flew by.
What made the experience truly special was Cristiano himself. He has such a warm, welcoming personality that by the end of the tour, it honestly felt like we had known him for years. We went from being passengers on a tour to feeling like we were spending the day with a friend, and by the end, we wanted to sit down, break bread, and have a glass of wine with him! 🤣
Cristiano gave us a wonderful introduction to Rome, took us to beautiful places, and made the entire experience easy, relaxed, and so much fun. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide. If you’re visiting Rome, I highly recommend asking for Cristiano, you’ll leave with wonderful memories of the city and, if you’re lucky, a new friend! ❤️🇮🇹

Overall, my family enjoyed the golf cart tour. We saw many of the must-see features of Rome. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable. However, there were several things I wanted to rake pictures of, but there was no place to pull over, as we were in busy traffic. The driver pointed out the sites and told us the facts as we zoomed by. Our tour began at 5 pm, so maybe it was rush hour traffic. The other problem was the inability to hear what he was saying, especially with all the surrounding traffic noise. A tour with a headset would be much better. We passed some tour carts with headsets on the road, but I didn’t see what company they were with. We did make some stops and take pictures. The driver also took us into some beautiful churches and told us a lot about them, and that was very interesting. I would recommend this tour.
They never showed up. Multiple reminders from Viator that it was booked.. Standing on a street corner in Rome for 45 minutes. Should have been the highlight of our Rome trip but just disappointment.

My niece had never been here before so she got to see the main sites and some hidden gems. I have been to Rome 5 times and he showed me things I have never seen before. Lorenzo was fantastic. We were four people with limited time and a lot of ground to cover, and he built the route around what we actually wanted to see instead of running through a script. The cart made all the difference — we covered more of Rome in three hours than we could have walked in a day, and in the heat that mattered.
He knew the history cold and told it well. The moment that stuck with us: he explained why the Colosseum stands where it does. After the great fire, Nero seized that land for his private palace and lake, and the Flavians deliberately built the amphitheatre on top of it and gave it back to the people. That reframed the whole building for us — not something you get from a guidebook.
He stopped wherever we asked for photos and pointed out things we would have walked straight past. If you're deciding between this and a walking tour, take this one. Ask for Lorenzo.
