Very disappointed!!! The tour guy had a water bottle for us to locate her at the big line to go to the St Peter’s Basilica…. I paid $160 to literally stay for over 45 minutes in a big line to get into the Vatican. No skip line. The tour guy had no head phones. She was gonna get the one at St Peter’s Basilica! Honestly don’t waste your money with this because after we get in everything was free I don’t know where was the $160 that they charge for me, my husband and my two infant kids! Honestly, I think this is a scam and unfortunately, I will never see my money back! But you know what probably you guys need so much of that money so keep it as a present because you guys didn’t give any experience for my family!

THIS IS THE MOST OUTLANDISH RIDICULOUS REVIEW WE HAVE EVER RECEIVED. 🤣 first off you were 20 minutes late! Not 2, not five, 20!!! Viator policy is to mark you as a no-show (you lose all your money) and move on. But we didn’t, we held up 10 other people for you. When you did finally arrive, you did with your children who were screaming (nonstop) and disrupting the other tourists. When we finally got to the Basillica (decent line for a holiday weekend) we were getting the radios from the Basillica staff and you ABANDONED THE TOUR BEFORE EVEN STEPPING INTO the church! What did you pay for? The tour that everyone else in the group enjoyed! The LOGIC behind your review is perplexing, imagine going to a restaurant ordering a steak, not eating even a bite, then proclaiming it the worst steak ever and that it’s a scam. The only scammer is YOU scamming yourself out of a wonderful tour by leaving. We do not sell “line skip” tickets, or advertise that! We wait in the security line that’s usually about 5-10 minutes long and we give FUN informative (not boring) tours. Please come back to Rome soon and I’ll personally buy you our rival companies tours to stress them out 🤣

We have visited before but never had a guide. Our guide Mike was humorous ( appropriately so) and full of interesting facts. He engaged with our group to just the right level . Lots of observations that we just hadn’t noticed before or were completely unaware of. Our children , 11 and 16 enjoyed the tour too - something which they never say !

Our guide Josie was fabulous!!! She was so knowledgeable and you could tell she really knows her history. She taught me a lot I didnt know about the Basilica and different Popes. Walking through the Holy Door was so moving. I highly recommend this tour...and Josie!

St Peter’s Basilica is a beautiful experience for people of all faiths. As a Catholic, entering through the Holy Door during this jubilee year was very emotional and meaningful. Our guide, Saveda, enhanced the experience by sharing historical anecdotes about Raphael, Leonardo, Bernini and of course, Pope John Paul. She was articulate, funny and very knowledgeable about history!

Our experience with this service was very convenient, super easy to book online first. They are very professional. They do what they say they would do. Josi our guide, was fantastic, knowledgeable and fun. The meeting place was also easy to find and the tour actually starts right there. They offer different packages and the prices are affordable. They don't rush you inside the Basilica but at the same time keeping the pace. We would book with them again for future trips.

What an amazing, educational experience! We have Sevada as our tour guide and she had a bright, funny and welcoming personality and was very knowledgeable about the history of the Vatican and St. Peter’s Basilica. She explained the history in a clear concise way and was able to answer any questions we had. My dad is a huge history guy who knew some information prior to the tour, but learned a lot of new information from Sevada. Your tour guide can make or break the experience and 100% recommend this tour and request Sevada if you can!!
