Of all the activities we have done in Italy, this is was hands down the best one. Massimo was an excellent teacher. He was informative, patient, knowledgeable and kept everyone in the class engaged. He made every person in the class feel like he was talking and teaching them one on one. The ingredients we used were delicious and he was able to teach us how to make perfect handmade pasta, sauce and strawberry gelato. I cannot recommend this experience enough. It will exceed your expectations in every single way.

Ask for Federico, he was SUPERB.... his love of Orange Wine, his knowledge of food pairings, his passion for cooking.... his salt-of-the-earth personality and joyful sense of humor made this cooking experience one of our favorite pitstops in our 2 week tour through Italy!! Pratti loves LU and so did we. The cooking/classroom was beautiful and we could not have asked for more!! A convenient walk from the Vatican metro. Well worth the time and $$!

We had so much fun learning how to make fresh pasta and gelato during this class! Massimo was an amazing teacher, he explained everything clearly and got everyone involved in the process. There was a family with kids there and he was a natural at working with the kids and made sure they were hands on. We’re so glad we chose to do this on our last day in Rome, it was a great experience!

We had a great time! Our teacher answered all our questions about food, Italy, culture and was very knowledgeable and fun! We had so much fun and learned a lot! The food was delicious and we felt encouraged that we can replicate it at home. The teacher did a great job teaching and giving us a fun and relaxing experience!

Carlos's passion for cooking, food, and knowledge of the quality and regional ingredients selected makes this a special experience. Adapted recipes for summer with a suprise lemon zest with our pasta and fresh strawberry sorbet/versus gelato. Perfect for the heat of summer. The brushetta and cheese tasting, again with local quality ingredients, olive oil, cheeses.
Carlos had the energy and fun personality to handle a kitchen of 6 ladies, instructed techniques, and entertaining.
Beautiful venue. Supplied everything needed and drinks. Full meal out of the experience.

This was the perfect ending to our European trip. My kids enjoyed the whole experience and loved eating their pasta and gelato in the end. I wish there was something like this back home. We had a great instructor who was very informative and friendly...and patient.

A group of friends were visiting Italy recently. While in Rome 5 of us decided to enjoy a pasta and gelato cooking class. We booked this trip. Our expectations were blown away. What a great class! Can't wait to get home to amaze our family with our new cooking skills. Massimo and Peter kept us informed and entertained. We highly recommend this adventure.

Highly recommend the Super Fun Pasta and Gelato Class! The class was well organized, the instructions were easy to follow, and the pasta and gelato were surprisingly simple to make. The highlight of the experience was Mersad. He was fun, knowledgeable, kind, and kept everyone engaged throughout the class. His energy and personality made the experience even more enjoyable. We learned a lot, had a great time, and left knowing how to make delicious food and wonderful memories!

The class was very fun and the pasta and gelato that we made were delicious!!! Mersad was engaging, funny and an excellent host/teacher. Plenty of opportunities to ask questions and he provides a link for the recipes. My daughter (26 yo) and I (64 yo) highly recommend this cooking experience!

Great time and setting for family and friends. Federico was a great instructor for this cooking class with my family. He took us through step by step while answering our questions and sharing various techniques for future use in the kitchen. His knowledge also extends into the wine industry. He share more insights for wines and Italian culture and cuisine. We wish him the best of luck in his next venture into wine tasting! We couldn’t have picked a better class and teacher. Totally worth it!!

The whole experience was amazing. From the amazing food to seeing the laughs the kids had while making the pasta, we just had a great time. Armad was a great teacher and also incredibly funny and engaging. Definitely an experience we will never forget.

Family of four (2 adults, 2 preteen boys) had a wonderful time learning how to make handmade pasta and real gelato! It was entertaining and fun! We learned a lot a great tips to bring home with us :-). This was hands down one of the highlights of our trip to Rome! Our chef was very engaging with the kids and us adults. Really fun and educational experience with Massimo. He was a great teacher, but we also had a lot of fun in the process. The setup is very spacious and comfortable, and everything is made easy for you. Highly recommend if you want to bring home new skills and expertise from Italy, rather than just another souvenir.

This cooking class was phenomenal! the setting (Lu Pizza) was beautiful and charming. Our chef, Massimo, was so knowledgeable and kind and made the class very fun for the adult and the kids (ages 8 & 10). We learned so much about how to make pasta well and will definitely be using the recipes at home. This was a wonderful experience that we highly recommend!

My daughter (16) and I wanted to find something extra special for our trip to Rome. This was it!! It was easy to find, everything was ready for us. We laughed, learned, and had so much fun! And, we got the recipe to try and do at home. This was a highlight of our trip to Rome and I would highly recommend it. Our chef lead was the best and made the class a highlight!!

We had an absolutely fantastic time learning how to and making pasta and gelato with chef Mersad. My 15yo was hesitant to do a cooking class on vacation, but Mersad with his great sense of humor and cooking knowledge made it into an amazing experience. Highly recommend to anybody looking to learn how to make past and gelato while having a blast!

As it was Slow Season, the three of us were alone with Chef Massimo and it turned into a delightful evening. We made Pasta, Sauce and Gelato from scratch and learned a lot of tricks of the trade. Chef Massimo was charming, knowledgable and wonderful with our 11yo daughter. Highly recommended!
