The outing was great. Sara was knowledgeable and extremely personable. It was nice to have tickets purchased and a schedule created, but we had free time to explore Positano and Amalfi independently. Highly recommend.

Though the journey was long, it is worth it. I would never have been able to plan a day trip like this by myself. Our tour guide Nuncia was very knowledgeable and kind. It made for a beautiful day even though it was 1000°.

Great Amalfi Coast Tour!

It is challenging to find the meeting point as the Viator app meeting location takes u to the front of the train station. I would strongly recommend clearly stating to meet in front of the McDonalds by track #1. It would also be helpful to have the person that we are to meet to have a sign and hold it up so he can be found. Other than a stressful time finding the initial meeting point, the tour itself was great.

Great day trip out of Rome to see the Amalfi Coast and visiting Postiano first and then Amalfi. Train ride is easy and has lovely views of the countryside. You are met at the train station by a guide who helps you onto the train and then at Salerno met by another guide who is with you for the day. We had Sarah and she was so lovely and made sure everything was good with us all and explained and answered questions so well. It is a long day but so glad we did it to have a complete change from the city.

Tour operator a no show. Unable to contact tour operator. Meeting point unclear.

Despite being 30 minutes early for the tour we missed it because the meeting point instructions are not clear at all. Do not do this tour. I messaged the operator many times but they do not respond. I called Viator but they can't help. I hope I get my money back on this very expensive tour. Viator and the tour operator need to give a precise meeting point. It is not good enough.

The meeting point was not clear We asked multiple locals for directions and no one could help- we were quite stressed I contacted the provider who was very helpful and indicated it was in front of McDonald’s- we then found our guide with minutes to spare!!!! Perfect way to see the Amalfi Coast (Positano and Salerno). Giovanni exceeded our expectations in so many ways. He’s very knowledgeable and presents the information with immense enthusiasm and spirit. He shares his love of Italy through the day. This is a must do! You will not be disappointed.
