The tour is a shared tour, it is not a private tour.

It is advisable not to book more than one tour, on the same day, with close times.

The youth rate is applicable to students and children: you must have photo ID showing their age.
Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
Important notice for last minute bookings (on the same day or from one day to the next): in case of lack of places the customer will be placed on the day following the booked date.
It rarely happens, but if on the day of your visit, the Arena section is closed for public safety reasons, you will explore the first and second floors of the Colosseum, together with the Roman Forum and the Imperial Forums, the Arena in this case will be overview. You will still be able to enjoy our fantastic tour, and you will receive a refund of 10 euros per person, via PayPal or bank account.

When we turned up we were given a radio, the guide cleared off and we were told to buy entry tickets €22 each when this was all supposed to be included. The people in front of us had paid €17 each. When we told the guy he took the radios and couldn’t have been less interested in our complaints. This was not what we booked or paid for in the slightest and we ended up going round on our own! We didn’t take the tour and spoke to viator- we were promised a refund by this morning and it has not happened. Ruined our holiday and I will never book through this app again.

This was a terrific guided tour. Our guide was brilliant!!! Funny, caring and sooo thoughtful and respectful. On top of that my husband and I both enjoyed listening to all the past history. This was my 3rd time to tour, and this was the most enjoyable and educational (even with a down pour of rain) tour! Highly recommend this tour group!
